Apartment near the central area of Teresópolis and met my expectation.

Cozy and very well located apartment, close to the bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Terezinha was super attentive.

We want to thank Kris for your attention and all the info! She was always attentive and very welcoming . The Quitandinha Palace is really beautiful and offers many leisure options. The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos and met all our needs. Check-in is checkout were super quiet and the speed of Kris' return made us very safe ! It was all excellent !

Isabela was a great host, very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate. The apartment is a grace and exactly as in the photo and description, super clean, organized and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to everything, several options for food, easy and practical access to get to know the whole center on foot. Super recommend and intend to come back more often.

The stay was great, the loft is impeccable, beautiful, clean and very well equipped decoration. It was a relaxing fds. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the location is a little far from the center and, to catch the road at night, you need to be careful. I had an amazing experience on Roberto's Airbnb! The space is super cozy and well taken care of, but the great highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view of the Guanabara Bay. Waking Up with this look every day was simply unforgettable! In addition, Roberto was a thoughtful and helpful host, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

Great host, responded quickly and kindly to everything I asked. The flat was impeccable, it is quite comfortable, clean and the small pantry is well equipped with a microwave, minibar and utensils. Large bed, several pillows, good air-conditioning and blankets. Spacious closet. The bathroom is spacious, has a small hair dryer that is useful. The condominium has been better maintained, but it was a confusing weekend with a big event in the region. It didn't affect the stay. Parking, previously free, is now only included between Friday and Sunday night, with separate payment for other periods. The location is very good, the best in the Itaipava region, with the possibility of even going to restaurants, shops and the park on foot.

The accommodation is exactly what is in the photos, the house is very large and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. When we got to the house it was extremely clean which caught our attention. Giovana always very willing and with the quick response time, which made us very safe. The site is great, close to the Castle of itaipava, as well as amazing local restaurants and bars as well. Overall, if you want to spend a quiet stay with privacy, peace and tranquility the property of Giovana is exactly the place you are looking for. We'll be back shortly.

We were very pleased with the loft. We were concerned that we could use the structure of the hotel, but it's never been easier. The key is removed at the hotel, without any difficulty, as well as using the structure and breakfast. The loft is basic, but enough to stay overnight and even rest. We found the double bed small, but ours is an American standard and is very large. We miss having wifi internet so we can enjoy Netflix or something like that. I had to route my internet in order to watch a movie. But nothing that affected the satisfaction of being able to enjoy the end of semaa with cold. We had great restaurant referrals, as much as we've had in the city several times, we've met places we've never been to. This loft is worth it! Super reliable!!! We will come back again. I must admit I wasn't expecting a such a nice place in every way. The room is extremely cozy, clean, functional and practical. It comfortably accommodates a couple with one or even two children up to 6 years old. The condominium is perfect, clean, very green and with a wonderful pool. You don't need to go out for anything. As soon as we arrived the loft was smelly and tidy. Fernanda maintained clear and super attentive communication with us always, and also gave entry and exit instructions for us to have the best stay possible. We had a great stay! We loved the super peaceful and beautiful place. Perfect for those who want to rest. You can only hear birds chirping. The loft is as described. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the bedding. I didn't feel like they were clean. Other than that, everything was perfect. Florian is a lovely person. Super friendly and simple.
