Mário was very kind and helpful since the time of booking. He was very attentive and patient with several reservation changes I made, and flexible at checkout. The region is residential and has a very genuine neighborhood, of people who live in the city and live it: they chat at the door, children play on the street. Mário had commented that it was a safe region and really no time felt afraid. There is a hospital and a lot of local commerce nearby: groceries, restaurants, bakeries, hortifruti, pharmacies. The house is not luxurious, it is simple, but it had all the necessary for me, and it was comfortable to stay alone (I imagine that for 2 people too, or 3 people, but if they are going to have the meals elsewhere, the kitchen table has 2 seats)

The stay was great, the place corresponds exactly to the listing, everything was very clean and organized, easy to access and in a quiet location with a lot of neighborhood in the surroundings. The building itself is old, a little dark, in fact it appears to be under renovation, but nothing to discredit the apartment itself.
