Mário was very kind and helpful since the time of booking. He was very attentive and patient with several reservation changes I made, and flexible at checkout. The region is residential and has a very genuine neighborhood, of people who live in the city and live it: they chat at the door, children play on the street. Mário had commented that it was a safe region and really no time felt afraid. There is a hospital and a lot of local commerce nearby: groceries, restaurants, bakeries, hortifruti, pharmacies. The house is not luxurious, it is simple, but it had all the necessary for me, and it was comfortable to stay alone (I imagine that for 2 people too, or 3 people, but if they are going to have the meals elsewhere, the kitchen table has 2 seats)

Very safe location, quiet area for walking. 5-minute walk to the mall. 24-hour concierge with very friendly and helpful staff. Organized apartment, with the main kitchen amenities, water filter. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Petrolina is very hot and it doesn't rain much, so be prepared. Super smooth and satisfactory communication with the host. We had no difficulty. With six nights, using air conditioning every night, the charge for electricity was R$ 59.00.

The apartment is good, I confess I was surprised when I arrived, I imagined it was smaller! It has everything to make coffee or food. The bed is good, the air conditioning is quiet. I believe that if I needed anything, she would help me, in my case, everything that was available met my needs. The issue of not having a garage, if you need it, you can park on the street, which is quiet. Would return!!!

The location is as described in the ad. I just didn't notice that it doesn't have a towel. Everything was organized and the co-anfitriao Davi gave all assistance.
