We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views from the balcony are amazing and peaceful! The area is very walkable to restaurants and the beach. The washer and dryer and private parking spot were very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend Irena’s place!

Beautiful view, comfortable accommodation that had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a big plus for us.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

Es war sehr schön und gemütlich im Appartement. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und der Garten waren eine Augenweide. Marija war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet so dass, wir auch mit kleinem Gepäck zufrieden waren. Wir hatten eine sehr gute, entspannte Zeit.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Excelente!!!.Desde el momento en que llegamos nos recibieron con mucho afecto. Cuidaron todos los detalles , había adaptadores , hisopos de oídos , ojotas de playa , información de turismo , comida , quesos , jamón , postre y licor. La vista es bellísima, la limpieza diez sobre diez , en todo momento nos sentimos muy cómodos. Viajamos mucho en familia y esta fue una de las mejores experiencias que tuvimos al hospedarnos. Es altamente recomendable hospedarse allí . Agradezco muchísimo lo amable que fue con nosotros Perica y su marido, desde ya volveríamos a elegirlos

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Mlini! Everything was spotless and very well organized, and the view of the water from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Ana was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay in the apartment. It was very clean, good communication with the host. Good location, around 10 minutes with taxi to the old town of Dubrovnik.

The room is small and has mosquitoes. The climate there seems a bit humid. It would be better if the landlord put up a mosquito net.

This was our first time in Dubrovnik, so I wasn't sure about the location. As it turned out, the location was amazing. It was a short walk (all downstairs) to the city walls and Old Town. We got an Uber back because not everyone wanted to walk up the stairs. Frankly, any place we stayed would be uphill/upstairs, but Katarina's was super close. The apartment itself has a beautiful, private balcony. I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the beds were. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Appartement très bien situé ! A 15-20 minutes en voiture de Dubrovnik et parfait pour aller à la plage ou au restaurant à pied. L'appartement était très propre et au calme. Nous recommandons vivement !

This location was an easy 15 min walk outside of old town. The best feature for me was the balcony, the swing and the ocean views! We had 1 rainy day and I was still able to sit in my swing and read. We also discovered a lovely beach (with bar and restaurant)… a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction from old town. The apt was exactly as described. Nothing lacking! Highly recommend! highly recommend!

This apartment and garden are beautiful. The apartment is clean, freshly painted, new appliances, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The gardens are stunning with a wide variety of flowers, grapevine covered terrace and we enjoyed watching the resident tortoises meander across the terrace and through the gardens. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so best if you don’t have a large heavy suitcase. The climb is worth it, but beware if you have any mobility issues.

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Tolle Wohnung in einer gut angebundenen Lage!Toller Balkon und stylische Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.

Logement très bien situé au centre de Dubrovnik, dispose d'un balcon (petit mais agréable), Mirna et Marko sont très réactifs et accueillants. Merci beaucoup à vous. Petit bémol non pas sur l'appartement mais sur la ville : celle-ci est devenue bien trop élitiste et à perdu tout son charme et son âme. Bien que l'architecture est très belle, les commerçants/restaurateurs ne décrochent pas un sourire et ont l'air déprimés de travailler dans les établissements, qui facturent pourtant extrêmement cher le moindre produit. En outre, bien que la ville soit prête à facturer jusqu'à 132€ la journée pour une place de parking, elle ne semble pas disposée à dépenser un centime pour simplifier l'utilisation des transports en commun (un vrai casse tête). Si vous êtes prêts malgré tout à visiter Dubrovnik, je vous recommande fortement cet appartement.

This was my favourite flat on our trip to Europe. We booked a pick up. The driver took us straight to the flat. The flat was exceptionally clean. And it was thoughtful to prepare food for us. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a very large balcony. The whole town can be seen. This was really so perfect. It was also very close to the beach. As we were checking out in the afternoon Luko was also kind enough to let us check out a few hours late. This flat made our travelling experience in Dubrovnik a perfect score.

Stayed 5 nights for a family get together (5 adults and an 18 month old). The property was great and had almost everything that we could have wished for. The views from the balconies are amazing and I can't recommend this place enough for those views alone! The cost of the stunning views is the steep descents and ascents from the beach and the old city but we are all keen walkers so we just soaked up the exercise. We did see loads of service busses passing the property every day so I am sure most of the climb could be avoided if preferred.

It was a lovely stay at Ivana’s place. Beautiful apartment, close to everything, great location. The welcome beverage was delicious and home made. A pleasant surprise! Would recommend 10/10!
