Monthly Rentals in Peterson

We were only in town for one night to return Family back to their home and needed some place for Myself, my Son and our well behaved dog, Mika (pronounced Meeka). We found the place very cozy and comfortable and a huge backyard for Mika since we got in really late. The house was perfect and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would love to come back when we have time to explore the area. Thank you so much, Tyler for accommodating us all at such a short notice.

This was such a great place to stay! It was convenient to all Tuscaloosa had to offer without the hassle. Shannon has done such a great job with his place making it feel like home. These Band Moms will definitely be back next year!

The house was great! Very convenient location for a football game. There were some noisy neighbors very late at night, but no complaints about the house itself.

Bryan's home was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and the perfect location. He was very responsive, and we didn't need a single thing because everything was perfect. Fresh flowers on the dining table, some snacks and cold water were a lovely welcome after a very long drive. If our son decides to attend UA, we'll be back!!
