Loved the studio. We have stayed in the peterborg area multiple times so it was easy to find since we were familiar with the area. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We were so happy with Rick's place. The view was spectacular and filled with all kinds of wildlife. We watched Sea Turtles swim every day, there were iguanas all over the beautiful flowering shrubs, and there were pelicans and hummingbirds flying around every day. The best part was the private beach! We snorkeled every day and even walked over to Magen's bay beach/bar for lunch a couple times. Rick was very friendly and easy to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Thank you, Rick!

This place is in a very pretty and peaceful area of St Thomas. We loved the view in the evenings of the sunset. This place gives you the experience of really being immersed into the laid back quite island life. It was an easy drive from the cottage to restaurants, beaches, and stores. We would definitely stay again!

The highlight of the Airbnb is the view of Magen's Bay from the living spaces and deck. The space was clean, spacious, and as described in the listing. The kitchen was well-appointed to prepare meals, although it would be helpful to add a cutting board and dish rack. There were small and large coolers, beach umbrella, and two foldable camping chairs, that we were glad to bring to the beach. The marketing messages prior to check-in were a bit annoying, but tolerable. This Airbnb is the lower level of the main house, which was rented as a separate Airbnb at the time of our stay. Because the house is concrete, the noise from the other guests was minimal, but there are decks adjacent to and above the deck included in this Airbnb, which were used by the other Airbnb guests during our stay. There is a separate entrance and the Airbnb felt private, with few exceptions of above-noted deck usage. Due to the Airbnb location, I recommend renting a car.
