Brand new just completed June 2026 villa with huge patios and amazing sea views from the master bedroom on the first floor. The villa offers 2 spacious bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 persons. Ideal for families or groups of adults as there is one bedroom and a bathroom on each level. The pool is salted so the guests do not feel chlorine smell. Big parking space and extensive stamped concrete areas create a functional environment around the villa.

Ground floor house 35sqm with nice surrounding garden and verandas at the southern end of Kefalonia in the village of Pessada The house is 500m from the beach and 9km from Argostoli, the capital of the island (car is recommended, municipal bus to Argostoli once a day). There are banks, supermarkets, a hospital and of course nightlife In Pessada there is a small port where small boats dock as well as ferry boats for Zakynthos.
