Vacation rentals with a patio in Peruíbe Beach

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: very beautiful, modern, well decorated and extremely cozy. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, a beautiful view. The service was also impeccable, always very attentive and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Excellent Apto, with an incredible sea view, it was beautiful to wake up seeing the sunrise. Host Maurício was super helpful and polite. The staff of the concierge very kind and attentive. We passed the fds and everything was wonderful, fit like the description and the photos all very clean and organized. A very spacious room, the cozy rooms, and a very well organized kitchen with the utensils, we love that in the apartment there are the beach chairs with sun umbrellas for us to take to the beach. We will definitely go back again, we highly recommend everything was wonderful. ✨

We only have compliments about the space, location and host. The apartment is a delight, well equipped, airy and super clean. Perfect sound system and TVs. We didn't take the car out of the garage, it's very well located, our stay was 8 days and we didn't need to drive at all. Last but not least, Lucas was extremely kind and attentive, always available and cordial. Detail - we've already made a new reservation for March! Thank you, Lucas!!! The hosts were very helpful and attentive, the house had all the necessary structure, it was very clean and organized. Spacious yard, clean pool with ideal size, not so deep and not so shallow. Quiet street with nearby commerce.

Our stay was excellent, the house is very beautiful, spacious and well airy. The kitchen is great and it had all the items we need. We also took our puppies and they felt good at ease and loved running and playing around the huge yard.

we loved our stay, clean place, the house is super cozy, exactly as the description, we felt right at home, a differential for me is bed linen and blankets, because they are things that only fill the car and it was great to have them there, we got a rainy day so we took advantage of the barbecue area which is great!!! we really enjoyed the beach that is in Serrinha, in my opinion the most beautiful beach there. In the same serrinha there is a Pau do índio restaurant that is delicious. and the center of Peruibe has many things to do!!! super was worth it!!! we'll be back for sure, super recommended!!!!

We loved the stay, my family and I were very well received. Rafaele always responded quickly, being very helpful from the reservation to the checkout period. The house surprised us positively, even better than in the photos, very spacious, the pool was clean, the barbecue corner was well arranged, a complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils for us to cook. The house is so close to the beach that you can hear the sea at night, a delight to sleep in. We have nothing to complain about, it's just fantastic, we want to come back soon to enjoy more!

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, but the double bedroom bed is extremely stiff, which has made it difficult for us to rest. It would be important to evaluate the quality of the mattresses. In addition, the service of the broker Lili was unsatisfactory. At times, it felt like we were asking for a favor, even though we paid a significant amount, including the additional fee for the change in the number of guests. There was a delay in the delivery of some documents due to the rush of the day, and one of the guests was unable to access the digital CNH. The gatekeepers were understanding and gave us a deadline, but Lili insisted on the matter in an exaggerated manner and without any flexibility. Faced with these questions, Alexandre, I believe that you yourself should manage the rentals of the property to ensure a more adequate service. Finally, we left the apartment clean and organized before checkout. Thank you!!
