I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: very beautiful, modern, well decorated and extremely cozy. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, a beautiful view. The service was also impeccable, always very attentive and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Excellent Apto, with an incredible sea view, it was beautiful to wake up seeing the sunrise. Host Maurício was super helpful and polite. The staff of the concierge very kind and attentive. We passed the fds and everything was wonderful, fit like the description and the photos all very clean and organized. A very spacious room, the cozy rooms, and a very well organized kitchen with the utensils, we love that in the apartment there are the beach chairs with sun umbrellas for us to take to the beach. We will definitely go back again, we highly recommend everything was wonderful. ✨

We only have compliments about the space, location and host. The apartment is a delight, well equipped, airy and super clean. Perfect sound system and TVs. We didn't take the car out of the garage, it's very well located, our stay was 8 days and we didn't need to drive at all. The always inviting beach complements the relaxing atmosphere of the place. The building has an amazing place for pets, providing moments of fun for our four-legged companions. In addition, the air-conditioned pool is a great differential, ideal for relaxing in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our stay was excellent, the house is very beautiful, spacious and well airy. The kitchen is great and it had all the items we need. We also took our puppies and they felt good at ease and loved running and playing around the huge yard.

The house is the same as the photos and very comfortable, we were satisfied with the cleaning, house near the beach of Guaraú for me one of the best beaches on the south coast, great communication with host and was flexible with the check-in releasing the house earlier for us was great and passed several tips for tours and restaurants, I recommend the house is worth it.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

At times, it felt like we were asking for a favor, even though we paid a significant amount, including the additional fee for the change in the number of guests. There was a delay in the delivery of some documents due to the rush of the day, and one of the guests was unable to access the digital CNH. The gatekeepers were understanding and gave us a deadline, but Lili insisted on the matter in an exaggerated manner and without any flexibility. Faced with these questions, Alexandre, I believe that you yourself should manage the rentals of the property to ensure a more adequate service.
