Vacation rentals with a home theater in Perth

Enjoyed the location which was a short walk from the train station, bars and Murray street. Went to a stand up comedy show at Comedy Lounge which we thoroughly enjoyed. The view is beautiful and the whole apartment feels really new and secure.

Fantastic stay — perfect location for families! We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The location is so convenient — just a short walk to the CBD and less than 5 minutes to Mercedes College, the perth mint, with the free CAT bus right nearby. It made getting around the city so easy! One of the highlights for us was how close it is to a great playground — our kids loved it and wanted to go every day. The area is very family-friendly and walkable. And not to forget, 3 minutes walk just to enjoy parents 'me time' with good coffee, esansrival and duotone.. 5 star! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the projector with Netflix — it was perfect for relaxing family movie nights and created some really special moments. Vivien and Camile were such thoughtful hosts — they even provided free snacks for our family to enjoy while watching Netflix, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The property is beautifully designed—clean, spacious, and conveniently located near essential amenities. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. If we return to Perth, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable place. Hosts were very friendly and replied to all queries promptly. Only thing to note that the bedrooms are very small. If you’re travelling with luggage it’s impossible to get the suitcase in the bedrooms. Our place was on the first floor with a lovely balcony. Most of the apartment block seems to be Airbnb with many key lockboxes around. The area is great! Amazing walks near the river.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

Our crews had a wonderful experience staying at Yan's home. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything our team needed for a productive and relaxing stay. Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

Huge house with big spaces. There’s a tub! Kids love the place. Peaceful and friendly neighbourhood.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mark was a great host. As an extended family, we don't get to catch up much but this house provided some quality time together. The memories made here will last forever. Thank you for enabling this Mark.
