Vacation rentals with beach access in Perth

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything and has everything anyone can ever want or need.

Sue’s place is in a great location and has everything you need. It was clean and nice. The only downside was that we only received one keycard and we struggled to make that work with 3 people. Also the bar underneath played loud music and the terasse was busy. But by 10pm it got quiet

There’s something about leaving 5 minutes before a reservation and still arrive early. Had the best time, couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything you need to do in Fremantle. The apartment is clean, spacious and matches the description. Check in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions from the hosts. I would certainly book this accommodation again.

This unit was absolutely stunning and the view was just gorgeous aswell. We had a lovely stay at Mandurah. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in as the unit was not only decorated to perfection, but all the comforts that we are used to at home, were all thought of also. The location was in a perfect spot, close to many restaurants and just a walk up the path to some dolphin spotting. Thankyou for having us, we didn't want to leave!

Our stay at Lynn’s place was great. She and Les are friendly, flexible and very helpful. Their studio flat is quiet, comfortable with a lovely courtyard area to look on and sit for breakfast, coffee or a drink. Everything is as described in their listing. It was easy walking distance to everything - sights, Freo markets, beaches, restaurants and cafes. It was only 10 minutes walk to the train station to head into Perth city. Can definitely recommend to stay here.

This was a fabulous property, clean and welcoming with great facilities as described. Any queries and Warwick could very quickly respond. Great communication. Comfortable beds for a fabulous nights sleep.

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance of all Fremantle has to offer. The apartment is spacious, clean quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay and a thoughtful treat in the fridge. Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

Bec was extremely kind, responded quickly and extremely helpful with any question we had. She even left us her daughter’s1 tog sleeping bags for us to borrow while we stayed as we only had 2.5 togs. Her house was equipped with everything you’d need to go away with your young family, and it was very clean and tidy. Location was perfect as well. Over all we had a lovely time and will definitely be re booking this house in future.

This accommodation was amazing. Everything we needed was available including a well equipped kitchen with sauces, spices and coffee machine, a good sized bedroom with ample cupboard space and spacious bathroom. The surroundings were very private and quiet, with lots of birds visiting the garden too. I would highly recommend if visiting Perth.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect for a short weekend break in Freo. Clean, comfortable and easy access to Fremantle with huge range of restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to great beaches. Smooth check-in/check-out, helped by really clear instructions and good communications with Ashley. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Sandra's place in two rocks! The house is clean, walkable to the beach and town and has a great backyard for cornhole. We would stay here again!

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

Zeke was a wonderful host. His property was pristine and suited the needs of my family perfectly. I could not fault his communication. It was timely and very helpful. The spa was a godsend after a big weekend of sport for my family. I wanted to write a great review but I also don't want to because I want to be able to come back here again and don't want it booked out!!!

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

I enjoyed the view over the boat harbour and the accommodation was in a good walking distance to town. I hope I can comeback one day for another holiday.

this is a great little spot and amenities. close to train station and a couple of cool little cafes. 10 minute stroll to Port beach...the place is neat and tidy with awesome views at night! cheers

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Ian and Liz’s place. It was tidy, had all the amenities listed and was a good walkable distance (10-15mins) from Cottesloe main town, IGA and Mosman Park train station. It was also nice and close to the beach! We had some neighbourly noise on the Saturday night until after midnight (not a fault of Ian and Liz but something to be aware of). Would definitely book again!
