Vacation rentals with lake access in Perth

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

My husband, our sons and grandsons spent two nights at Gail’s house. Each and every one of them raved about the house. They loved the location, the facilities, the comfortable house and all of the very appreciated little touches that made them feel so welcome. The little boys enjoyed the toys. They were all very happy with their accommodation and would highly recommend this very comfortable, welcoming home.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mark was a great host. As an extended family, we don't get to catch up much but this house provided some quality time together. The memories made here will last forever. Thank you for enabling this Mark.

Dayo was responsive and helpful. The house is newly built so everything was new & spotless. It was tastefully decorated. We had a very comfortable stay and felt just like home or better! You do hear faint sounds of planes flying by since it’s near the airport or when vehicles drive by. However it is generally a quiet new neighborhood. I’m a very light sleeper and slept pretty well. Felt very safe going out for my morning walks and there’s a big playground in the nearby park. Definitely looking forward to staying here again when I visit Perth.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this Airbnb! The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. Having access to the mooring for our boat was a huge plus, making it easy to get out on the water and enjoy the surroundings. The host, Brendan, was excellent—very understanding and accommodating, even when a lamp was accidentally broken. We truly appreciated his kindness and communication. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. Everything was thoughtfully curated including the bonus coffee pods, bathroom staples and inflatable toys for the pool. Highly recommended A++.

Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

Geraint booked this for me ( his wife) it was a fab place to stay, a large top floor self contained apartment, immaculately clean with beautiful views, I sat watching the dolphins and sunsets! David was a very friendly host, always stopped for a chat and made me feel very comfortable. He met me and showed me around, told me I could use the kayaks and tennis court etc, I felt very much at home here and more importantly being on my own very safe, it’s a lovely neighbourhood, with a great walk along the waters edge into Mandurah. This is definitely an airbnb I would recommend and if in the area will book again! Thanks for a great stay.

Great little spot for our family. Had everything we needed for a few days in the city. Easy to access and find.

Firstly the location was excellent, close enough to walk the city and far enough to feel away from it with greenery all around. There was some noise from the main road but only really noticeable during rush hours. The apartment was furnished with everything you need. The look of the apartment and whole building complex is modern and well presented. We didn’t need to contact Flaka throughout the stay as all instructions were clearly given. For those nights in when tired, uk peeps, if you have one, bring a fire stick as the tv is not fully smart but massive :-). In summary, lovely fully loaded apartment (super fast lifts), great location and lovely host. Worth the money if you want a central location. Oh, and look up ‘the good grocer’ in Meads street if you need a night in meal or nice wine!

We had a fabulous stay at Lyda’s property. Great location, close to the city, Kings Park and the freeways. Lyda’s instructions were very clear. Lovely setting decor. Projector tv in the main bedroom was a treat for a family movie night. Lovely welcome gift. Well equipped kitchen with all the basics to cook a meal at home. Everything was really clean when we arrived. Little touches like the kids games were appreciated. Great value for money! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great — close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made our stay very comfortable, especially with our young child. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout.
