Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Perrysburg Township

We had a three month stay while our home was renovated. It truly felt like our home for the time we were there. It is homey, clean, comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the surrounding playgrounds and frequented the library that was right in the backyard. The house is centrally located and it was very easy to get to nearly everything in the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and we are so thankful to Annie who made it feel like home for us!

Terrific house! Great location and wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. Felt right at home in this beautiful and spotless house. Having no a garage to put the car into was wonderful. We will be back for sure!

We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.

This was our second stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back! Joel and Teresa are so thoughtful about stocking the cottage with everything for a comfortable stay, and the house and property are beautiful—right on the peaceful Maumee River. We appreciated the suggestion on the different places to eat in town, and the lines of communication were always open. Very happy with everything!

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was just as described. It’s a beautiful space and we loved the fountain and statues on the grounds. We would definitely book again in the future. Thank you for everything!

My boyfriend and I came to Toledo for a wedding, and only needed a place for a quick two nights. Sierra's place was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, and comfortable, and had great amenities. The home was easy to find and the apartment was private. The addition of little touches such as a fan in the bedroom, and an iron and ironing board, came in super handy. This was the perfect home base for our trip, and if we were to come back to the area, we would gladly stay again!

This is truly considered home away from home. Location was great. Walking distance of a park with a trail to jog or walk. Host was very kind in offering anything else to make our stay comfortable. I will visit again.
