Loved it. So cute and super convenient location. Walking distance to dollar general to get goodies and snacks. Place was very clean and had everything you needed. Fenced in back yard for the dogs. 10/10

Jenny is definitely a super host. She thinks of everything. This rental is very charming, and felt like home. I would recommend others to rent it as well, worth the price.

My Father and I were visiting from California to see Family and friends and the neighbourhood has always been one of my favourites The Neighborhood is safe and beautiful ! The house was very cozy Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Toledo

House was exactly what the listing showed and description was. The house sits on channel that goes to Lake Erie. Neighbors were great and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this one bedroom place for a getaway. it is on a private road.

I had the most lovely stay at Kay’s place. Everything was perfect for myself and my 2 little pups! Her home was in the PERFECT location, walkable to restaurants, grocery store, vegan ice cream shop, the park, and a salon where I enjoyed a delightful massage and facial. The most ideal location for yard-sitting and relaxing. I just travelled by myself for a work trip, but this home boasts all of the amenities for a family as well. I will certainly be booking again when I visit Sylvania for work. It’s the ideal “home-away-from-home” vibe. Can’t wait to come back! We had a great time............were close enough to walk to our grandson's high school graduation. The house was clean and well stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the house.

It was very clean and spacious. It worked great for two people. Easy to access.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! The house is beautiful inside and out—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed. The game room was a fantastic addition; we really enjoyed spending our evenings there with the kids. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun stay!

Four days, no notes—just one of those stays you low-key start planning to return to halfway through. Neighborhood – Quiet, tree-lined, and walkable with mid-century charm. No shops right nearby, but Waffle House is close enough to tempt you (and you'd walk off the hash browns). Levis Commons is just 5–10 minutes by car. Home – Spotless and stylish. The layout flows even better than the photos show. We loved the sunken living room and cozy flex room with a dreamy daybed and the world’s comfiest beanbag (seriously). Kitchen – Fully stocked with coffee, tea, and essentials. Only thing I couldn’t find was a colander. Extras – Laundry pods, plush blankets, pump soap, French vanilla creamer, emergency bath kit, games and toys. Even a downstairs gym with treadmill, bike, elliptical, and mats. Hosts – Jeff was instantly helpful when I had a late-night arrival fumble (100% on me). Super kind and thoughtful. Bottom line – One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful space, perfectly clean, easy to find, and the most responsive host ever (even miraculously at odd hours of the night when our flight was horribly delayed and we had to arrive in the middle of the night). Very comfortable bed

This quaint little cottage was a warm, cozy, breath of fresh air. It was a “Master Class” in how to do a top Air BNB. Every little detail was covered. From the stocked snacks and coffee to having a laundry basket available, all that you need is there. The place was peaceful and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed having a morning coffee in the sunroom each day. We had come into town for a funeral, so having this place available was such a comfortable spot for our family to gather in between the different events. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for visitors to Sylvania to land.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental. It was close to everything for a short drive but at the same time sitting out on the lawn was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again if we drive through the area.

Lisa’s place was so perfect! My boyfriend and I were here for a wedding and we truly didn’t want to leave because of how “at home” we felt here. Lisa was insanely kind and extremely responsive to assist us when we needed! We even got to meet her furry friend who was such a sweetheart. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again!
