We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .

This was a gorgeous, well-kept, updated space to spend a weekend with my best friend. The hosts are responsive and very detailed. Connie was so friendly and helpful. We actually booked last minute, and she had Guests leaving right before we were arriving. She was able to clean and prepare everything so that we were able to stay. Thank you Connie for working us in last minute, so sorry, but really enjoyed!! Definitely recommend!!!!

This is the second time we've stayed at the Red Rooster and it was just as good as the first time. The weather was the coldest this winter in the area, but we were very cozy and warm in the house. Everything we needed was provided and the host even left a welcome basket with goodies for us. Thank you, Ricky! We're looking forward to another stay at the Red Rooster when we visit family again later in the year.

We enjoyed our stay in your cabin so much! The way the cabin seamlessly melded with the surrounding woods and creek was a delight. The fire ring was a great place to socialize. The kitchen offered everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We were 15 minutes from the Buffalo River Resort where we had a lovely day kayaking!

The home itself is lovely. Very clean and well stocked. Monroe sent me an email explaining where everything could be found. My favorite was the backyard. It was peaceful and beautiful. I would have loved to stay longer.
