Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Located in a small hamlet in the Nièvre countryside on the edge of the Puisaye, the gîte du p'tit Grégoire appears to be an ideal place for a quiet vacation. Adjacent to the owners' residence, it can accommodate 4 people. Within a radius of 50 kilometers you can visit many sites such as the Château de Guédelon, the vineyards of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Basilica of Vézelay and many others.

La Barboulotte (20 km from Guédelon)

La Barboulotte accommodates up to 5 people. Open kitchen to living/dining room. Sofa/bed 140 x 190. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm Extra bed can be made available on request (ideal for 1 child). The upstairs bedroom has a TV with Netflix. Toilet and bathroom with shower. A garden area to relax and/or dine. (The garden is located in front of the house but not adjoining).
