A secluded location in the heart of Newquay. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 8 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Outdoor seating area for guests. Perfect get away for couples or those on business in mid Cornwall.

It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

At the end of the road from the property there is a bus route. Perranporth is a vibrant village boasting a vast beautiful beach with golden sand and good surf.

It is well equipped for your stay ensuring you only have to bring the minimum with you on your travels.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Emerald Seas

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.

Situated in the peaceful village of Holywell, our 2 bed, first floor flat has beautiful views towards the sea and sand dunes of Holywell beach. Our Flat has ample space for your family, with two good sized bedrooms with en-suites, kitchen and lounge diner, leading onto the balcony with views to the beach. Holywell beach is a short 5 minute walk through the village and is known for its picturesque Gull rocks back drop and natural spring water cave.

Situated in a quiet road adjacent to Droskyn cliff, it has it's own entrance, parking space and private, enclosed rear patio garden. Newly built and renovated it has a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable living room with french windows. The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

Portreath is a village and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is about three miles northwest of Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. There are 2 bedrooms.
