New apartment, very bright, quiet, and well-equipped, with a spacious living room, a sofa bed with a comfortable double mattress topper, an open-plan kitchen, and a furnished terrace (outdoor sofa, parasol, electric barbecue). Separate bedroom with door for added privacy, 140-cm bed with Tempur mattress, large walk-in closet. Portable air conditioning in summer. Tram nearby, Perrache train station within walking distance, shopping mall, restaurants, museum, cinema, and riverbanks.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Spacious apartment (95 m2), on the 2nd floor of 4, with 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a 2nd bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet. Fully-equipped US kitchen. The furnished and equipped living room offers access to the balcony as well as a sofa bed for an extra bed in 160 x 200. Located in Lyon Gerland, 2 steps from the landscaped banks of the Rhône, 15 min walk from the Confluence Museum, 25 min walk from the central square of Bellecour and with TCL network (metro B, Tram T1) within 1 km.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
