The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Situé à même la Place Bellecour ou de nombreuses festivités ont lieu, vous trouverez cet appartement coquet de 47m2 dans un immeuble, de haut standing très sécurisé, plein de charme. Il est très calme et reposant. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il est composé d'un joli séjour lumineux, d'une cuisine toute équipée, un coin bureau. Une terrasse de 6m2 vient embellir celui-ci. Une chambre avec sa salle de bain (WC séparé) viendront compléter ce bel appartement.

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Terrace & view of Lyon/Fourvière – 2 bedrooms – Air-conditioned

Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

Our 115 m2 air-conditioned gîte is conveniently located in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or, just minutes from Lyon by public transport (stop 1 min away). It consists of a 45 m2 living room with an equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave grill, refrigerator, dishwasher...), 3 bedrooms with TV, private bathroom. From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available.

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Only a 10-minute walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).

La Bâtie - La Loge

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60m2 for up to 3 people (the third bed is an extra, 1-person sofa bed from Maison du Monde). The lodge is the perfect combination of comfort and tradition: exposed woodwork, air conditioning, fiber optic and TV channels, fully equipped kitchen, chosen decoration, exhibition of works of art, terrace, balcony, private parking for an additional fee.

LUGDUN'HOME- Center Terreaux "Opéra"A/C View

For a short or long stay, you will be in the historic heart of Lyon in this apartment that my wife and I renovated for 6 months until February 2021. It is located on the top floor - with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Lyon City Hall, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3), and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.

Luxuous appartment in the heart Lyon 6th

Close to the Congres Center, downtown, the beautifull Parc de la Tête d'Or, and the Rhône Banks, a lovely appartment in a haven of greenary. Quiet but shopping neighborhood, close to public transports. The appartment is sunny; as it opens on a flowered balcony on a great garden, it's very quiet. It's fine decoration makes it pleasant to live in. Free closed and secure parking for your car.
