Amazing sea view apartment

Our 3 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

Little white house

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Its a small house ( around 30 m2) in the centre of the village, near the supermarket, bus station, newsstand, pizzeria and bakery. The house has a yard, one bedroom with a double bed and Air conditioner, a kitchen and a bathroom. The guests have 2 bicycles available.

Great house with everything you might need. The garden is nice and peaceful. There are bikes that the quests can use, which is a great way to get to the beach. The host is responsive and very nice. Would come here again!

We comunicated some changes only by chat without updating the reservation but Ruzica managed the situation efficiently. We didn't understand that they were two different apartments from the pictures but they worked really well for us. The furniture and the services are essential but you have everything you need. The staff is very efficient in cleaning everyday the apartments and answered all our requests kindly despite some difficulties in the communication due to different languages. The position is ideal for reaching the beach by walk or by car. The peroj village is small but it offers everything you need, especially the bakery, a good beach and a nice grill restaurant (bistrot nesic). We recommend the Ruzica apartment and the peroj village.

We (family with 2 toddlers) spent almost 2 weeks in the great house. We loved the really perfectly equipped house with plenty of space and 3 bathrooms. We didn't miss anything. We had cooled small things in the fridge, snacks on the table and the kids also got a gift from Zoran - that was a great reception. Check-in went super smoothly and was very warm. Zoran has really thought of everything (kitchen perfectly furnished, enough towels, toilet paper, bed linen/blankets, charcoal) and is quickly accessible for tips in the area. Small supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants can be reached in 1 minute. You can also walk to the beach. However, because of the beach luggage and the busy beach road without a sidewalk, we always drove to the beach by car. There you can park directly on the beach for free. Thanks for a great time!

We had a very nice time. We were greeted very nicely and were allowed into the apartment much earlier than expected, for which we were very grateful with our 6 AM flight. The apartment is nice and a good size for two people. With the rental car you can really reach a lot in the area quickly and you have a little more peace, since Peroj is located outside the big tourist places. The hosts always responded very quickly and kindly and there was also a very nice contact person on site, should anything be. We would recommend it at any time.

We stayed 9 days at the property. Overall, we liked everything. Unfortunately, it is clairaudient in the house, so you can hear children screaming when someone closes the door or a room is cleaned. The accommodation was very clean. We felt comfortable. Parking was available.
