Particularly friendly hostess. Very clean apartment. The area was unfortunately not quite ours. The apartment is a few km outside of Protaras, but everything is easily accessible with a rental car. The apartment might be good for a dishwasher, otherwise everything would be great!

From the moment I booked the apartment, Maria was outstanding , from the initial communication, throughout my stay and once I headed back to the uk I couldn’t recommend this host enough. Absolutely loved the 2 weeks appt great everything was like home from home . The view was stunning from appt the distance was walkable from the strip . Very quiet and peaceful place would highly recommend

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Everything about the villa was great. From the location to the actual villa itself. The hosts were very helpful and their response time was also always very swift, they made sure I had all the information I needed before my arrival. They also sent us a link to an app for the villa we could download, which covered everything we needed to know from the accommodation to the different pubs/restaurants in the area. Thanks Xenios!

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Cozy, not far from the beach (about 5 min with 2 small children) and from town (about 15 min walk). Disco for the children and musical evenings we could visit in the adjacent hotel. Comfortable for families with the kids Lots of walking tones. Everything was great!

Nick provided a full-service experience, promptly responding to our inquiries and assisting us with obtaining tickets to events near Ayia Napa. Everything listed in the advertisement was present, and the four bathrooms and four bedrooms were a great convenience. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying in Antonis appartement for 4 glorious weeks . This is more then a holiday home and feels like a real home . A more then stocked kitchen with some helpful housekeeping goods and anything u could possibly need. Every last bit of this place oozes quality and comfort. The neighbourhood is quiet with a 10 min walk to town and seafront. Feeling very residential and upmarket. We found Antonis to be a very nice and genuine landlord who wants his guest to be compfertable and happy .

Cher's apartment was absolutely superb. Everything that was listed was there. The location is very close to local restaurants and bars which were all reasonably priced. The location is outside of Protaras but there is a regular bus service between Kapparis and Ayia Napa. I would recommend downloading the OSEA app for bus services. The apartment was very clean and tidy with air conditioning throughout. The other families on the complex were very friendly too. The pool area was very clean and tidy. Best time to go in the pool is early morning as it heats up during the day. The local people were also very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice about where to go and things to do. I cannot speak more highly of Cher and her responsiveness. The apartment gave us everything we wanted and was great value for money. A+ all the way through!!!!

What a lovely apartment, with a fantastic host, has all the home from home feels that you want and the complex is amazing with 3 pools, gym and coffee shop. We felt like we were at home, so safe and relaxed, with all the extra touches and amenities like pool/beach towels that really make a difference. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone, couples or families, we were able to use the HDMI cable to plug in my sons game console and the WiFi was strong so my teenage daughter was happy but more than that we were able to have a relaxing holiday. I even had some quiet time around the adult pool as our balcony looks over it, I also loved that there is a tree in front of the balcony that serves as privacy and a shade at times from the sun perfect for reading a book or enjoying a family meal. We were so settled we didn’t want to leave.

Great value for money, very clean and great host

I hired this apartment for a week with my son and husband over Easter break and it was perfect for what we needed. We travel to Cyprus in the summer every year and stay in long beach but on this occasion we wanted to stay in Gazimagusa. We know the area well and wanted to be in walking distance of shops and the tourist attractions. The location is perfect. With so much culture and historical buildings, we knew we would not be disappointed. There is parking is available outside the building and we always found space. The rooms are exactly as you see in the images. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We felt at home and was able to relax. Shower is powerful with hot water. I never cooked but you have all that you need in this modern kitchen. Our hosts were excellent and could not do enough to help us. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway
