Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Përmet

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei An. Das Haus liegt versteckt hinter einer etwas heruntergekommenen Wohnsiedlung und ist mit dem Navi nicht ganz leicht zu finden – aber der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns in der Nähe abgeholt. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, mit einem tollen Garten, in dem wir frisches Obst genießen konnten. Vor der Tür standen Blumen, was eine besonders einladende Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und die wichtigsten Orte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anxhela. Sie war immer äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und toller Standort für viele Unternehmungen. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt notwendig. Die Unterkunft war total sauber und es war alles vorhanden (inkl. Pfeffer, Salz, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.). Bei unserer Ankuft wurden wir von einem netten Herren in Empfang genommen, sonst hätten wir diese wahrscheinlich nicht direkt gefunden. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt (auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen), mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I typically resist stating “this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at”, as its pretty cliché to do so. But, when you combine the kindness and generosity of the host family, the amount of thought and care that has gone into the apartment and the amenities within (its five-star luxury inside), and the fact that it’s located in the castle itself with immaculate sweeping views from the common seating area, I was simply blown away! If its available, book it!

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Sehr ruhige und Burgnahe Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin war etwas anspruchsvoll aber machbar. Wir konnten überall hin zu Fuß gelangen.

Wij waren eind april in Sarande. Bij binnenkomst op het kleinschalige complex van 4 huizen hadden wij er een aan de zee, wat een uitzicht! Het zwembad was al open, onze kinderen vonden het geweldig. Huis was voor ons vijven heel ruim te noemen, er waren 4 slaapkamers en maar liefst 5 moderne badkamers. De woonkamer en de keuken waren van alle gemakken voorzien en in tegenstelling tot veel andere huizen was er ruim servies en keuken gerij. De tuin en aangrenzend privé strand waren heerlijk om te vertoeven. Kortom een heerlijk huis om te ontspannen. Nabij een goede pizzeria voor take away, een goede bakker en een Albanese supermarkt.

Magnifique logement, très bien situé, très bien équipé et spatieux. Nous avons oublié un iPad dans le logement et Devi a fait le nécessaire pour nous le renvoyer rapidement. Je recommande à 100% !

We were 3 couples and we had our own bedrooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the necessary equipments to cook. We enjoyed staying there!! Recommended!!!

This is easily one of the best Airbnbs in all of Albania. Everything was perfect and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is clean, bright, cozy, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. It’s incredibly well-equipped, making it ideal for long stays as everything you need is right there. Fabjola arranged weekly cleanings, which were a wonderful touch! The location is slightly uphill, but the peaceful neighborhood and lovely sunset views more than make up for it. I especially appreciated that all the furniture, linens, and kitchenware were in excellent condition, almost brand new. I highly recommend this flat—definitely worth the price!

I had a wonderful stay at Meti's apt. The view is spectacular, to be enjoyed from both the living room at the main bedroom. Not always possible. The apt is large, comfortable and was super clean and well equipped with everything I needed for a month long stay! I was there in winter when Sarande is calm and peaceful and much warmer than most of Europe, so I highly recommend coming to this apt in winter for a warmer relaxing holiday! It was a short 6min walk down the hill -go left-to the main promenade, where plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets still open. Meti is very personable, helpful, quick to respond to messages and take action.

This place has everything you need. The host is very kind and you are close to everything. Price/quality is superb. Only thing missing was a sunscreen on the balcony as it gets very hot. Definately recommended!

Stay was amazing especially jacuzzi, Erti's parents were amazing they even made a homemade breakfast. Highly recommended!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était très confortable avec une jolie décoration de Noël. Les hôtes sont adorables et gentil. Merci beaucoup à cette petite famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Bonne fêtes et pleins de santé et de bonheur.

This place is in the perfect location. It’s clean and spacious and perfect for a getaway. There are plenty of blankets and towels which is also amazing. Would highly recommend !

Ilda is the best, she helped with everything and the house was super clean. Always happy to help with recommendations for restaurants and stuff to do near town. The house was super clean and super easy to find. If you ever find yourself here you should definitely book at ildas place.😃

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Check in with Zeni was great. The apt is in a lovely location, quiet with beautiful sea views and easy walking distance to restaurants and beach clubs. Apt is on 2nd floor with lift not working and there is no AC in second small bedroom.

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der sehr schönen und sauberen Unterkunft von Xhulio. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell und die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Gebäude befindet sich am Ende einer etwas abenteuerlichen Straße weit oben an einem Berghang über der Stadt. Man wird belohnt mit Ruhe und Zurückgezogenheit, nur gelegentlich sieht man andere Menschen in der Gegend. Trotzdem kann man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt sein und hier kann man alles finden, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Ich freue mich auf meine nächste Reise nach Albanien.

The super host of super hosts . Chris is incredibly helpful and makes the check in so simple. He is extremely responsive and even helped us out out with a minor medical emergency. The apartment is prefect with an amazing location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Angjelo was really responsive and helpful. The location of the flat is really good, close to everything, the views from balcony are stunning, perfect place to relax and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Flat was really clean and really confortable. I would defintely return, amazin stay!

From start to finish my experience with Zana was fantastic. She’s responsive, helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is a dream. Great location on a quiet side of town, yet it has a small supermarket just a few minutes away with basically everything you’d need. Everything in the kitchen works well! The bed along with all the furniture is comfy and clean. I absolutely loved my stay, and i wouldn’t hesitate to return!
