No private kitchen in the otherwise authentic house, but a delicious and varied breakfast is at the hour you wish for you in the beautiful courtyard. A little further down the road you eat at sunset with beautiful views at Taverna Panorama Zhuli with a very sweet couple and also in Hotel Restaurant Bineri we ate delicious!

Ana is a very friendly and helpful host. She is very generous and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the photos in the listing do not correspond to the apartment, but the photos of the garden are correct. We were very lucky to be completely alone and enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion of the place very much. The driveway is adventurous, requires an experienced driver. The garden is a splendor, we had a wonderful week at Ana's place.

the accommodation is nice, a little cold but we were there in early April and the heaters warmed the atmosphere. it is very very quiet. there is enough to do some shopping around. it is not the old town but it is quieter. Jusila was very responsive when I asked for her. be careful, for families with babies there is no microwave. excellent value for money.

Ultimate value for money! Conveniently located within walking distance from the Old City. Superb private balcony with spectacular view. The house was spotless, very quiet and very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, we were extremely happy to interact with both Mr Socrates and Mrs Efthalia!! Great people! Highly recommended place, we will probably choose it again on our way back.

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Very quiet and close to the castle. The way there was a bit challenging but doable. We could go everywhere by walk.

We had a very nice stay at Sol's apartment. You walk up/ down the mountain in about 15-20 minutes to get to the sea at the moment. For this, the view from the roof terrace is super beautiful! Just around the corner is a small supermarket where you can get everything you need. The communication with Sol was very easy and friendly. He came every day to see if we needed anything. I'd love to come back :)

A Perfect Nature Escape with Private Pool I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and it was an absolute dream! Tucked away in nature, this property is a hidden gem for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and a stunning natural setting. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery, and the open-plan layout makes it feel light and airy. Every room feels connected to nature, and you really get the sense of being in a secluded paradise. The private pool is the highlight! Perfectly maintained and surrounded by trees, it’s the ideal spot for a refreshing swim or just lounging by the water. We spent hours there, soaking in the peaceful environment. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area where we enjoyed meals, with the sounds of nature all around.

My stay at Diamond in Saranda was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I arrived, Lefteris, the host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly welcoming, always available for any questions, and provided fantastic recommendations to make the most of my time in Saranda. The apartment itself is a gem! It’s impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Do yourself a favour and visit Diamond apartment.

Janula is a very nice and pleasant host who is always available and gives advice and recommendations. The apartment is located in an apartment block and ideal for exploring the surroundings. The underground parking is an absolute plus! The apartment is still new, simply furnished and basically has everything you need (especially air conditioning in both rooms), a few more storage options (cabinets) would be nice. The balcony (some sea view) is located on the side of the house. On the terrace, the pool is available from 8 am to 6 pm, loungers and umbrellas are available. The beach (with loungers and umbrellas for rent) can be reached in 2-3 minutes. Directly on the pool terrace there is a restaurant, on the street side of the house a few small bars where you can get something to eat or drink from morning to evening. Promenade, restaurants, bars and the city market are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable!

Beautiful, clean space with a sea view. The apartment is nicely equipped with everything you need. Covered secure parking included. Just a pity the hotel's indoor pool doesn't work in the low season. I recommend a place to stay! 💛🔆

The apartment is truly a pearl in Saranda. Magnificent sea views with private beach, pool and sunbathing facilities as well as beach bar on premises. Easy check-in with contact person on site. High-quality amenities and good neighborhood with bakery and restaurants on the doorstep. Excellent communication and all-round carefree package on site, making you feel right at home.

What can I say about this unique hotel in the mountains above Memaliaj! Admittedly the road is currently under construction and not easy to access for any car, but once you arrive you will be welcomed like princes! You're immediately made to feel like family! Hetem, the boss, a man with a very big heart who is always looking out for you, he took us for free to the lake and waterfall, someone great! And Natasha, his wife and chef who will delight you with her typical and homemade dishes with their local products, as well as the rest of the family and staff! What about the splendid view that you will see from every corner of the windows or terrace!!! To our surprise, breakfast was free and delicious, with homemade pastries and jams. In short, what can we say about this timeless place that will leave no one indifferent. We had tears in our eyes when we left and we can't wait to see them again!<3

We lived in the ‚Honeymoon suite, very romantic. Everything is new and pretty much clean. But the very best is Brunas hospitality. She is a warm hearted person always looking for you and your welfare. Traditional homemade Breakfast whenever you ask for. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. We can highly recommend this place.

We were staying at the apartment for four days for my brother’s bachelor’s trip. We couldn’t have had a better time! I would like to highlight a few things here: The communication with Kristo was outstanding, as he replied quickly and was offering help whenever we needed it. The accommodation itself was more spacious than we thought, beautifully located and had all the utilities we needed. And lastly, one big highlight for us was the dog who lives in the area and who accompanied us on our hikes. :) Thank you to Kristo & his family for helping make this unforgettable trip happen!

Beautiful stone cottage in a stunning environment, with the perfect amount of remoteness. A short walk to the river and a spot by the bridge to swim and relax on a sandy shore. Kitchen items were all clean, as well as the rest of the house. Host was extremely helpful during our stay, especially with finding an appropriate parking spot at the end of the road as we couldn’t drive our rental car on the gravel driveway. Would highly recommend this stay, our favourite place in Albania!

Apartment is right in the centre of the city near restaurants and cafes. Below is a very active cafe/bar but no noise can be heard from inside the apartment. Host was always responsive. My only advise to those who will visit in summer - ask Albion to switch on the AC the night before so that it can cool down, particularly the bedroom. The AC is not in the bedroom but in the main Kitchen/living room. Having said this, we requested a fan for the second night and Albion got us a fan first thing in the morning. Recommended.

Fantastic home in beautiful Përmet. Great value with everything you need. It's a short walk from supermarkets, restaurants and Elite Gym, so if you value keeping up with your gym routine, the gym is right down the road, contact them on IG (@elite_gym_permet). The owner of the property, Marsida, is lovely. She is very helpful and accommodating. I had such a great 3 month stay here; I'd definitely come back. Përmet really is such a beautiful place.

This is such a beautiful place located in a quiet and peaceful place. The views in the morning are breathtaking with the stunning landscape around the area. This has to be one of the best places I’ve lived in during my holiday in Albania due to the spacious rooms, a large living room giving it a cosy and yet modern place for a large group like ourselves. I would definitely stay here again on my next family visit in the town

Stayed 2 nights during our tour of Albania. Ideal location to go rafting/horseback riding/exploring surroundings from there. Përmet itself easy to reach by car. Matteo and his family are very welcoming! We have felt very much at home!
