This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Close to Forest Service access. Hunters welcome, home sits in unit 8 with units 19A and 19B also within minutes. Gunsight gun range is a short 10 minute drive. Located in a manufactured home development with private roads, plenty of room to park larger vehicles. Cozy newer home to use as home base or relax with the family.

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

This was the PERFECT spot for my weekend getaway. It was so quiet and relaxing. I loved her pets, including the chickens. The location is perfect. It is close to Sedona, Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood, local historic sites, as well as easy access to hiking trails. Jamie’s place was just what I needed for a quiet, restful, and relaxing trip. I felt very safe here as a woman traveling alone. It really is perfect. Jamie is also extremely responsive and helpful. I had a problem with my car and she was able to connect me with a mechanic. I can’t recommend this space enough. I’m definitely coming back.

This place is so sick, I’m jealous that I don’t own the property lol. The hosts were soooo nice and welcoming. Such a peaceful retreat. You get your own little campfire area. A shared kitchen area with your own personal fridge that had popsicles, coffee with tons of options and syrups, stove, microwave and whatever you need to cook. Truly one of the most considerate air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. They even had options to buy fresh eggs from their chickens (sad I didn’t get any). If you’re in the area or want to get out of the phoenix area please check this place out, you won’t be disappointed at all.

This was a great place to stay in Cottonwood. The location is perfect, just a short walk downhill to a winery and all the amenities of Old Town Cottonwood. The house itself was cozy and had everything needed to cook a few meals and relax. The front porch and picnic table in the carport were appreciated for outdoor dining. Also, very quiet at night. Definitely recommend!

Maggie was such a great host, greeted us with a little tour and recommendations. You can feel love that's been out into Flo, and when the sun sets and all the lights start twinkling, it's heaven. She was incredibly helpful when realized we'd left a few things behind, going aboveand beyond offering to mail them to us. I will be recommending this spot if anyone mentions visiting anywhere between Flagstaff and Phoenix.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house was incredibly well designed and maintained. The pool and amenities fit in perfectly with the landscaping and added to the experience. The house and pool look out at chapel rock and the surrounding red rocks with a view we’ll never forget. It is a short ten minute drive from town and a shorter drive to great hikes. We would love to come back!

This home was the perfect peaceful sanctuary I needed for a high energy non stop weekend. The decor was clearly chosen with loving care not to make a quick dollar in a rental app but for friends and family to feel comfortable and treasured. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The house was spotless. My only critique would be less artificial fragrance would have been gentler on my already overactive allergies.

Fantastic views and loved the cozy bedroom as well as how much parking there is. The learning curve here is steep with the SmartHome features as well as how seamlessly the doors blend. It will be easier to stay a second time but felt a bit challenging for a short stay.

Grateful Audrey was so kind and caring in our two in-person interactions. Loved walking into a clean guest suite. Sitting outside reading while watching all various birds fly around, appreciating the beautiful flora/fauna while looking at the mountains just beyond - was a highlight, besides the decor, perfectly charming. Great job!
