Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

The newly renovated "Pondgeechee Lodge" has all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of places to sit and relax, lots of outdoor space to roam, soft beds, and Wi-Fi.

The Bungalow On Pine is a cozy (pet-friendly) 2 bedroom 1 bath home with an open living/dining area and a completely fenced in yard. The bungalow is conveniently located on a quiet street in the historic district of Waynesboro. The Waynesboro City Park, Waynesboro Pond Park and the Burke County Museum are all within walking distance and downtown shops & restaurants are just minutes away. Augusta, home of the Masters, is only 30 miles away and Historic Savannah is less than 100 miles away.

This home is lovingly named “The Little House” because it sits on the same property as our larger Barndominium home (The Big House). The home is set up for our friends and family, so it has all the basic necessities for your stay. 12 miles from Di-Lane WMA. 14 miles from Big Duke Pond WMA. 1 hour from Augusta. Less than 2 hours from Savannah. A walk-in cooler is available for game. A stocked pond is located on the property as well as other outdoor amenities. Bring your fishing poles!

The Big Oak Retreat is a great little getaway close to town but feels so secluded and peaceful. The 2+ acre pond is stocked with bass, bream and catfish. Experience evenings by a fire making s'mores and enjoy your morning coffee on the enormous back patio overlooking the serene water. Kick back in comfort at our Kozy Kickback Korner. Small town atmosphere but only 12 miles from Statesboro Ga. You will enjoy the coziness of our double bed in the sleeping room , daybed in living area 2 recliners and a futon for watching the 65 inch smart tv. You can cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen. You'll be in walking distance of dining, grocery store, bakery and more. Our enclosed back area is a great place for your pup to explore. It's also a smoking area.

Sarah's Cottage in the heart of Millen

On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.
