Beachfront vacation rentals in Perissa

Wauw! Top location by the water on the edge of the caldera. Amazing view. Quiet and private. Ideal to chill out. Property fit for up to four people. One master bed and two single beds. Terrace with table and four chairs, and outdoor shower ideal for after a swim in the sea. I brought my SUB and that was awesome. I do recommend renting a car to reach the parking by the sea and being able to visit other places on the island. To reach to airbnb, you will need to cross part of a beach so be aware when traveling with heavy luggage. The nearby restaurant is closed (end May 2024) so you if you are not cooking yourself, you will need to travel to eat somewhere else.

Spiros was very professional. The attention to detail was excellent! He was very personable and available for questions. His recommendations for food and excursions were perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.

The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. If we were to go again we would get a car as taxi's are very pricey and no where is in walking distance. Communication prior to arrival was poor. We arrived not knowing how to check in or who to contact. Luckily Lydia, the housekeeper was on site and let us in. From then on communication was great. a watsapp group was set up and Lydia arranged our taxis for us when ever we wanted.

This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

Overall was excellent. But could have used a new pan and some paper towels. Place was very nice. Good location very close to the beach. The host and cohost was very friendly informative. Was a little smaller than I anticipated for the price but again overall very very nice.

We had a lovely stay at Elizabet’s place. It was a beautiful private home right on the water. We could easily walk to some restaurants and drive everywhere else we needed to. We also enjoyed staying home and cooking and relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces that were cozy and private Host was communicative and responsive. Elizabet met us upon arrival to show us everything. We would definitely stay again.

Da Alexandros ci siamo trovati benissimo, Sisko’s place si trova in posizione comoda a Oia (10 minuti di auto) e Fira (15 minuti), fuori dal caos e su una collinetta da cui si gode di una vista splendida. La casa era veramente carina e pratica, dotata del necessario per cucinare e curata nei dettagli. Apprezzatissima la piscina. Alex poi è stato super gentile e disponibile: ci ha consentito di entrare nell’appartamento prima dell’orario del check-in, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e vino locale freschi e ci ha fornito una serie di consigli, da ristoranti a escursioni, che sono risultati ottimi: li abbiamo seguiti pedissequamente e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti! Grazie di tutto Alex!

Eine richtig tolle Unterkunft, wie beschrieben. Die anderen Orte wie Oia und Fira sind mit dem Auto in weniger als einer halben Stunde gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat tolle Tips für die Gegend. Falls wir mal wieder auf Santorini sein sollten kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder her!

Oleksandr est un hôte parfait, très réactif et de très bons conseils. Le logement était parfait, très propre et service de nettoyage au top. Espaces communs très bien entretenus aussi. L'espace piscine est très mignon et pratique avec ses transats et les pergolas. Bref rien à redire si n'est la literie que j'ai trouvé personnellement un peu dure mais ce n'est que mon avis personnel sur le sujet. Si je reviens un jour sur Santorin, je reviendrais avec plaisir chez notre hôte 👏🏼🙏

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Rodakas Hotel, avec deux jeunes enfants, avec piscine très agréable, petit déjeuner en supplément de grande qualité, accès supérette et restaurants proches à pied, plage sympathique après marche en pente sur une dizaine de minutes. Personnel serviable de bons conseils, ambiance familiale bien agréable et un remerciement spécifique au barman pour son temps accordé pour qq parties d'échec avec notre fils aîné !

The villa was perfect. Great location next to the sea with a fantastic pool and peaceful garden. It had a well stocked kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a really comfortable lounge. The hosts were amazing. They had stocked the fridge with the basics meaning we didn't have to go and do a shop as soon as we arrived and they were incredibly helpful and proactive in their recommendations. The local village had excellent restaurants, a small supermarket and bar all within easy walking distance as well as a good beach. The area itself is not as touristy as some of the other places on the island, but everywhere is an easy drive and it was actually very pleasant to return home away from the crowds. I absolutely recommend this villa. We had a fabulous holiday there.

Our experience at Secret Earth was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained—housekeeping came daily. A special shoutout to Mary, the receptionist/concierge, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. Her attention and warmth made a huge difference. We were also greeted with fresh fruit, cheese, and bread—which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Quite and friendly place to stay, everything was clean and tidy. I would have loved to have some instant coffee available in the room since cups and water boiler are available, other than that; all perfect

Great host and perfect location. Close to the beach, cafes and supermarkets. Host was very helpful and was always available if needed something for our stay. We would love to go back here on our next trip. He also has great deals on car rentals so make sure to ask. Cheers

הבית של מריה מהמם והיא הייתה ידידותית וזמינה, נענתה ברצון לכל בקשה ועזרה בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. הנוף של הים נפלא והבריכה נהדרת ונהננו ממנה מאוד! כדאי לשים לב אם מגיעים עם ילדים קטנים שצריך להשגיח עליהם היטב בגלל הבריכה. לצערי, ורה סוכנת הבית לא האירה לנו פנים (למרות שחשוב לציין שכשפנינו ישירות למריה היא פתרה את הבעיה על הצד הטוב ביותר)

Just returning from a five day stay here and it was everything and more. Alex at the reception desk is fantastic. Couldn’t do enough for us. Roy At the front of the restaurant was just as good with recommendations for car hire, restaurants to eat and places to visit. If you’re looking for a short stay in Santorini, I would highly recommend this place. The beach is opposite the hotel with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for more.

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

Highly recommend! Dikaia and Stefania (primary contact) were wonderful! Stefania anticipated our needs and set up a transfer from the airport to the air bnb as it requires a car, and contact with a driver for us to contact whenever needed during our stay. She helped us rent a car for a few days, where the company dropped off and picked up the car (so convenient)! Our stay here was incredibly peaceful with gorgeous sunrises. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience. Thank you Dikaia and Stefania!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right by the beach, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy the sea every day. The apartment itself was spotless, very clean, and clearly newly renovated, with a fresh and modern feel throughout. Dimitris was an exceptional host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He replied to all our messages promptly and went above and beyond to assist us, including helping us book a wonderful catamaran cruise and answering any other questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay by the beach with a great host!

The hosts were very friendly and always willing to help. When we arrived they welcomed us sincerely and made sure we felt at home. Everything looked and was exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The jacuzzi is completely private and cleaned multiple times everyday! We were able to relax very well. Really a highlight The location is a short walk away of the beach and all the beaches aren’t far away. Our stay was 10/10 we would really recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Manolis est plus que disponible pour nous aider et cela est tres rassurant. Le bémol est la proximite de la piste d'atterrissage et le bruit des avions. Au debut nous avons eu peur mais finalement mon conjoint sensible au bruit n'a pas été plus dérangé que ça pour ses nuits sachant que nous sommes restés 7 jours. La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite pour aller à la mer, près des restaurants à pief et pour visiter toute l'île. Entre la cohue de Fira et Oia, Perissa un peu trop calme, Kamari est un bon compromis pour voir l'île et profiter.

Mon séjour chez Loanna a été absolument merveilleuse ! L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos, propre, bien équipé et très confortable. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage et de ses magnifiques restaurants de plage, ce qui a rendu mes déplacements très faciles. Loanna est une hôte exceptionnelle , toujours disponible et attentionné, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à passer un séjour parfait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Il soggiorno presso villa Antel è stato splendido, la casa molto bella , specialmente lo spazio fuori, e dotata di ogni confort. La nostra host molto accogliente, premurosa e capace di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio di soggiornare qui a tutti !
