Family-friendly vacation rentals in Perissa

Wonderful night stay in sea crest villa with partner and kids, very organised communication and meet in Oia with Irini, detailed recommendations for restaurants and offered to make reservations. Walked us to/around villa and explained all information clearly. The Villa itself is stunning, the advertised photos are a true representation of the beautiful jacuzzi and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as described and Theodoris was very responsive to our questions. He also arranged to have someone take our luggage to and from the place, which in Santorini that is a huge bonus!! I can’t forget the wine from his family’s vineyard he provided! The location is great as well!!

A+ booking. Dimitri was the best host we have ever had. He arranged all our transportation around Santorini including pick up and drop off at the airport and the ferry port. He had a ton of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He helped book our catamaran tour around the island of Santorini which is a recommendation he had. The home itself is exactly how it looks in the pictures online. They almost seem too good to be true but they are 100% accurate. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the oia sunset which my wife and I watched every night we stayed there. The property is right at the top of the stairs that lead down to Ammoudi bay. So there is no hike up and down stairs when trying to walk back to the home. The location is perfect. It’s near so many restaurants and shops. The home is very private. A lot of these homes can have a nice view but people can also see you when on your balcony. We watched the sunset from our hot tub on our balcony. Great price. 10/10

Otium Villas and Suites is one of the best accommodations I’ve experience. 10/10! Nick and Alfred greeted us upon arrival. During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of, always ready with a smile and helpful tips. Our suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Every detail, from the fresh towels to the linens, spoke to the care and quality that goes into maintaining the property. And the view? Absolutely postcard-worthy. People had to line up to see this in heat but we don’t need to leave as we had a direct line of sight to the iconic Blue Dome, with the dazzling Aegean Sea in the background. We also loved how conveniently located everything was. Nick gave us great recommendations for restaurants, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Thank you Nick, Alfred and staff! We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend staying at Kostas’s place! The house was very clean, great sized bedrooms - both bathrooms were ensuites. The outside patio area was perfect and the small hot tub was a hit with our two young children. There is rooftop access with a couple of lounge chairs but I wouldn’t say it’s safe for children as it is just a roof! But my husband enjoyed a drink up there when the kids were napping. The location is great. There’s a bakery with amazing coffee and sells most of your essentials just a short walk up a steep hill. This is where you’ll get dropped off then walk down to the villa. If you go the other direction out of the villa you’ll find the village square with a few lovely authentic restaurants and shops. Amazing ice cream at Mr Scoops! The villa was a great location - lovely little village but only a 15 min bus trip into Fira. Quaint place in Santorini away from the crowds but easy to get to the main “cities” Kostas was a great host and provided lots of recommendations!

This stay was fantastic, from the complimentary breakfast, to the concierge assistance renting ATVs, this trip was unlike any we have been on and Katerina helped with it all. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone! (There is a pretty good effort walk to and from the air bnb with many steps, for some it might not be super accessible) for us it was perfect!

You could not find a better location! Tucked away in the beautiful little village Megalochori, you’re out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns and yet still have the most amazing restaurants right at your doorstep. We were given amazing local cafe and restaurant recommendations in all the nearby villages too! The place is incredibly clean, with everything you could possibly need. Our favourite was sitting in the beautiful hot tub in the evenings, watching the sunset over the village. Truly beautiful place! Would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

We truly loved our stay at this Airbnb in Fira, Santorini. We had six people comfortably sleep here. The pool and hot tub were amazing amenities on the beautiful multilevel outdoor space overlooking the Caldera. Centrally located on the island in the heart of the busy shopping/restaurant area however surprisingly not loud. One bedroom is open on a loft space so a bit less private for the couple who stayed in that room but still comfortable. We hiked to Oia on our first night, got there just in time for sunset! took us about 2:45hrs with stopping for photos and meandering the busy streets. We also rented ATVs to explore the rest of the island including Pyrgos and the beaches on the other side of the island. Aristotle was very responsive and helpful with booking us transfers for our group from Ferry and to airport. Highly recommend this Airbnb for your group stay in Santorini!!

Rena is an outstanding host! She arranged transportation to and from the ferry port for our group. She is incredibly responsive and kindly gave recommendations for beaches and restaurants. She checked in on us via text during our stay. She also clearly cares for her home and for her neighborhood. We would stay at her place again, absolutely. Rena’s place was perfect for our group of seven. There is a large kitchen if you care to cook, and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. There was always enough hot water for showers. The location is great—5 minutes walk to the center of Fira but set on a quiet street without much foot traffic.

The place was beautiful and within a few minutes of the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. They even went out of their way to retrieve a phone that was left behind in Athens at the local courier for us. A big surprise was a delicious homemade cake was delivered along with the phone. I highly recommend this home as it makes you feel at home. It is convenient to restaurants and the bus if you choose to get around that way as we did.

This property was wonderful - and it had the best location! It was very comfortable, and had plenty of space for 5 adults. The outdoor areas were spectacular! There are two, one with seating and a hot tub, one above the roof with seating and views in every direction! The sunset from the property was absolutely breathtaking! The host and the people he worked with (thank you Timis and Dimitrios!) were so helpful - helping us arrange transportation, a boat cruise, and making a dinner reservation - and so warm and friendly. We highly recommend this property - we would definitely go again!

Great spot in Oia! The place was just as described! Very clean and well decorated. Close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, small grocery stores - all within walking distance the views are absolutely amazing. You do need to be able to go up and down a ladder for the bed in the loft. Bed was very comfortable and while there is a bar downstairs it did not bother us (and they do have great drinks!). The hot tub was great in the cooler mornings and nights. Markos was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Alexandra’s cave house! In a beautiful area with the best restaurant we went to in Santorini nearby (Lefkes). We loved how peaceful the area was, while being close enough to walk to Oia. She was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We had one day stay at Vios’s. The place is wonderful with great views. The stay is very well planned. Vios also helped us with local travel and suggestions. Highly appreciated.

Our stay was just wonderful, from booking the villa to leaving! They helped in every way they could. The villa was clean and perfect for our stay. Great views, perfect/spacious bedroom/living area, private and a great sized plunge pool. A huge thank you to Penelope for being so responsive at all times. She helped us with anything we needed and was so friendly! another huge thank you to Vera who bought us breakfast every morning at what time suited us. It was always delicious and she was lovely, offering to clean the villa each day!! We couldn't fault our stay! Will definitely be recommending!! Thank you again :)

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful to have such a peaceful haven with beautiful views to come back to. The village of Megalochori was so much nicer to stay in than the much busier Oia and Fira. We rented a xar that Kostas set up for us. They delivered it to our place and picked it up. It was wonderful to return there at days end and wake up there too. In Megalochori, we gad a wonderful dinner at Olio.

A wonderful retreat hidden right in the heart of Oia. A lovely apartment, breathtaking views, and super friendly and communicative hosts who will make sure you get the most out of your stay! The hosts arranged transport for us, gave us great recommendations and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything else. Could easily spend the whole of your stay enjoying the pool and views from the apartment, which we did!

What a magical place to stay! A fantastic Airbnb in an amazing location! The place was beautiful, with pools overlooking the bay, couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The restaurants in the bay are great, but the Armeni Fish Tavern in the cove over is an absolute must! Thank you so much for having us!

Cannot recommend this place enough! Stefanos was an amazing host and was very responsive to any questions. The room was cool, clean, and we probably got the best sleep either of us had had in years! 100% recommend.

Wow! George was the best. We arrived late due to a flight delay and he stayed around to wait for us so he could show us all the local recommendations. We were blown away by how much food was in the fridge for us. Every time we asked for a ride into town, George himself was there within minutes. We woke up to two amazing sunrises, which you wouldn’t get anywhere else in the island. The villa was within walking distance to Fira. We would highly recommend this air bnb, it was perfect for two couples! A 10/10 experience!

This place was as perfect as the photos, and surpassed our expectations with the incredible view and the amazing service!! Katerina and her staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and delightful! She took care of details for us, offered suggestions and insight, and helped us feel right at home during our stay. Best care I've ever received at an Airbnb! The location is perfect--nobody looking down on us from above (as is often the case in Oia!), gorgeous flowers all around to frame the water view, and centered in Oia so a quick walk to enjoy either end of this delightful town and every lookout point along the way. We wished we could have stayed longer!! 😍😍😍

Perfect place on Santorini. Just a bit away from the cruise crowds in Fira but close to restaurants, shopping, a main excursion/taxi pick up. Right on path where people are walking but not loud and fun to people watch. Rena our hostess with the mostest is amazing! She helped with every step in the process. She set up a ride from the port which was extremely helpful. Gave us recommendations on restaurants, etc. The hot tub was nice when the sun went down and the views are spectacular! Nice to have a washer for mid stop on our two week island hopping/hiking trip. I I would be most definitely stay here again!
