Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Old low-ceilinged house, typical of the Limousin farmhouse. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Want to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our recently refurbished 50 m² apartment, with all the comforts on a wooded property with pond, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond (schedules and rates on carpodrome point fr).

Fully equipped and independent STUDIO

Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Le Moulin Nature Lodge – 1/2 people

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

P'tit Epona: Cozy cottage on the Plateau de Millevache

🌿 Welcome to P'tit Epona A warm cocoon nestled in the peaceful hamlet of La Sagne, in Corrèze. Here you can enjoy the absolute calm and beauty of nature to really unwind. The cottage combines authenticity (stone house, glazed insert, intimate terrace) and modern comfort (Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine and dryer). It's the perfect retreat for a relaxing stop on the road or an extended stay in the heart of nature.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Independent room for two people on the ground floor of our main residence. Entry is through a separate window door. Private shower room. Our house is located in a very quiet area (dead end) while being 700 m from shops. Parking is available in front of the house Private parking in the yard or in our garage for 2-wheel vehicles. 3 minutes from the freeway

Nice house in the Millevaches Natural Park

In the beautiful Millevaches Natural Park, in the heart of a charming hamlet at nearly 1000 meters above sea level, come and recharge your batteries in a small stone house. You will have a private garden next to the washhouse and fountain... Walks in the forest (on horseback, on foot or by bike), and canoeing on the lakes await you!

A hut by a small stream

At the bottom of the garden by a small stream, surrounded by forests and meadows, the Hut is an intimate place to stay peacefully in retreat or a pied-à-terre conducive to traveling in the area. La Hutte is below the railway. The passage of railcars is rare and discreet, as nature takes over.
