Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Percy-en-Normandie

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Virginie is an available and attentive host The accommodation is as described and the place is really peaceful The only small downside is the lack of air conditioning in case of high heat, especially in the veranda part, but the view of Mont Saint Michel makes us forget the heat! We will definitely come back to discover a little more of the region.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

We spent our vacation here as a family of 5 with a dog. We were exceptionally warmly welcomed and also looked after during the stay. Veronique and her husband had an open ear for all questions and immediately supported us. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished with a lot of heart. No wishes remain unfulfilled! The garden is huge and very well kept and beautiful, both the children and the dog were overjoyed!! We will definitely come back and recommend the accommodation 100%!

What a nice time we had here. After a hectic and busy time, we were ready for some rest. We got that here. Very nice house with a nice terrace and furniture and wonderfully private. I highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful quiet stay. Wiljlhelmine has been a superhost for us.

Very welcoming host, in a very clean accommodation with all the necessities. Nice pleasant terrace, the accommodation has crazy charm with the old stones in the living room, located in a peaceful place. There are garbage cans for selective sorting. It must be taken into account that the stairs to go up to the bedroom, bathroom and toilet, are steep (I go down them backwards, like a ladder). No problem for us, but you should know. Everything is perfect, we'll be back.

As other reviews, say, this is a fantastic place to stay. The manoir itself is stunning and our wing, the pressoir, was plenty big enough for us ((family with adult sons). Christophe has spent 14 years on renovations, so the facilities are excellent. Beds were really comfortable with shutters on all windows to keep light out. The kitchen was very well equipped including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Shower gels, soaps etc all provided. We made use of the tennis court and walked in Bayeux every day ...20 min walk along the river or you can go direct past the railway station. Christophe is very friendly and spoke great English. The only thing to be aware of is there are plenty of stairs. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

We really enjoyed the apartment offered by Eva. It is very well located in the upper town, it is spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated and well-ventilated even during a heatwave. Very nice little touch with some local products. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time in the "cabins" accommodation at Stéphane and Laetitia's. Very clean accommodation, beautiful equipped kitchen. Recommended 😊

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would recommend staying here to anyone. Nicholas was very responsive and accommodating. After 10 days traveling in Europe as a family, it was so nice to have some space to spread out in rather than staying another night in a hotel. There was a washing machine which we took advantage of to have some clean clothes to get us through the rest of the trip. The AirBnb is in a great location! Walkable to the Bayeux Tapestry, Bayeux Cathedral and lots of great restaurants and cafes.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

The accommodation is very well located, quiet and ideal for a family getaway, walking and very close to Granville. 1 fan per room was at our disposal, 1 big thank you given the heat of this weekend! Heloise is at our disposal and gives great advice.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

Staying in Normandy at Jospeh’s was a great experience. The property is very clean and tidy and maintained in an excellent state of repairs. Our living space was very spacious with decent sized rooms and well furnished and large living room as well as a large kitchen/diner. The property has a lot of space and lots of green areas around. If you want something that’s private yet not so remote, this is ideal. The host was also very pleasant and helpful whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend.☺️

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

A great stay by the seaside. Morgane's place is perfect! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, good location and more. The interior is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly possibly need is available. The garden is beautiful, well exposed and above all well fenced (ideal with our dog). The hot tub is the plus we would not have thought about but which we enjoyed with pleasure. The beach is very close, the town is pretty and quiet and Morgane has a good suggestion if you are looking for activities nearby. We really had a great week, thank you again to our hosts for their great place and their responsiveness in answering our questions. I would recommend it in a second!

Very high-quality accommodation, which matches the descriptions, allowing you to have a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, the hot tub is very large and the kitchen is very functional. 2 km from the beaches and huts of Gouville, no complaints

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.
