5-person gîte with indoor pool in Normandy

Our gîte, located in Percy-en-Normandie, offers in a wooded and enclosed park, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a Queen Size mattress on the mezzanine. The mezzanine opens to the living room. The accommodation is suitable for 4/5 people (35 m2) We live in a house opposite the accommodation. The grounds are completely enclosed. The indoor pool (10 m x 5 under dome) is accessible and heated from mid-April to the end of September only. The pool is covered with an XXL shelter Wi-Fi + Netflix

Upstairs, there's a living room and a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Cleaning is included in the price. Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

The place is ideal for a break between the landing beaches and Mont St Michel. Nearby, you can explore Hambye Abbey, Villedieu-les-Poêles, a copper town known for its famous bell foundry, and Champrepus Zoo. Coutances, with its Jazz sous les Pommiers festival in May (May 8–16, 2026), is a 30-minute drive away.
