A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1h45 from the Normandy beaches and 1h30 from the Loire Castles. This is our second home (not a year-round house). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were adopted in August 2021. Very sweet with the children, autonomous thanks to the flap. Allergic to cats, abstain 😉

In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Large apartment located both in a quiet area and in the city center. On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a large dormitory room composed of two 140 x 190 beds, an armchair (convertible into a single bed) and a baby bed. A piano accompanies this room. A shared common courtyard is available (dining area)

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Our house, located in the heart of Perche, is of typical Percheron architecture and dates from the end of the 19th century. Recently renovated, it is very bright and full of charm with its stone walls and exposed beams. Located in the center of the village, we still enjoy an unobstructed view of an orchard. Very tall, it is organized on 3 levels and has a small garden with swimming pool and barbecue as well as an inner courtyard.
