Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.
