ART Open Space House

The house was a warm characterful homely place with plenty of amenities to feel right at home. We were lucky to get free parking just above property on main road (as went in the shoulder season at end of May). You could get lost easily but we had clear video instructions of path to take. From the free parking there are old steps all the way down from main road to bay front. Isodoras place is a short way down maybe 5 mins down. Another 5 mins walk down and you are in the most picturesque area of the bay - divine - surrounded by small bay restaurants all overlooking the stunning mountains. A short walk to the right is a stunning gravel beach. The water was fresh but so clean and surrounded by trees and mountains. The walk back up the stairs to the apartment gets you fit! We loved perast the most of our visit as so peaceful and serene. A short fun boat ride takes you a cross to the lady of the rocks £5 and kotor old town is an easy drive away for a short day trip. Thanks!

Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were welcomed by a young girl who did not speak much English, but gave us all the basic information, and later we met both Biljana and Milan. The staff is at your disposal pretty much all the time, and were extremely helpful. Milan helped us get a ride to Budva and gave good advise for getting a teliable taxi back, and also advised us on parking in Sveti Stefan. We had dinner on our last night and the dishes we had were excellent. We kind of had our own private sunset restaurant. The kitchen is not for cooking (no frying things) but more for heating meals and cold snacks, but it was enough for us. Great AC, cleaning every day, enough towels. Breakfast is 15e if you want it. Easy parking. Nothing is walking distance but only short drives to get around. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I think in a fancy place like this you need to have nice people for it to feel like home, and here the staff really gave it the final perfect touch.

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.
