Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Newly renovated apartment, lovingly decorated and designed, a mix of Space Age and minimalism. Breathtaking sunsets and sky moods, even with Alpine views in clear weather. The apartment is located in a large, once architecturally groundbreaking holiday resort from the 1970s (The Bauwelt of 1973 is in the apartment). In summer with hammock and outdoor pool, in winter with indoor pool and saunas. There is also a fitness center in the house. Everything is included.

The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The highlight is the heated saltwater pool (32°C). A sauna can be used for an extra charge. Hiking trails start right outside the front door – ideal for nature and active vacations.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Schedlbauer vacation home Peace & serenity

The apartment is located right outside the gates of the Bavarian Forest in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful nature. The short way to the surrounding adventure parks such as the Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar as well as the TV-known Waldwipfelweg is just beautiful. Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many opportunities to explore nature.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

Our charming tiny house is located on a small hill just off our small farm in the Bavarian Forest. Idyllically located on the edge of the forest, nestled among meadows and a stream, we are still only 4 km from the Scharzach market with the most important shopping facilities. From the spacious wooden terrace, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the lush green meadows, to our local mountain (Degenberg), to the cottage garden.

You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
