Villa vacation rentals in Perama

Very nice neigborhood, big house, with lots of place. Our host was very friendly and helped with arrival and leaving as well, very recommended.

Ten family members had a fabulous vacation staying in this property. Plenty of space. Tables in the living room and kitchen. It is a 15 to 30 minute walk to the tourist areas. The train is a 10 minute walk. The elevator was a must have as the house is actually 6 stories.

it was one of the best airbnbs i have visited in europe! the host was one of the best! always responded in 2 minutes whatever we needed! the house is amazing! the photos does not describe how good the house was! the house clean and amazing furniture and design! i am already planing my next trip to athens because of this house!

An amazing home in the best locations in Athens. The pictures do not do this house justice. We were a party of 9 - 2 families traveling with young adults. There was ample room for everyone. The views from the terraces were fantastic. Perfect for pre dinner drinks and coffee. I wish we had at least 2 more nights there to enjoy the home. And the host and her team were amazing helping with recommendations.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Really amazing place! Superb swimming pool and patio areas. Tons of space, great air conditioning, very well equipped in kitchen and throughout the home. It even came with a resident tortoise in the garden! Easy to walk to the beach and to both traditional Greek and other restaurants and excellent ice cream places - 3 within a 10 minute walk. Would stay here again. Note that it can take sometime to get an Uber/Taxi in the evening so we just learned to set it up 20 minutes or so before we needed it. Mornings there was always one within a couple minutes.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

The villa was fantastic! Very clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view. There’s plenty of room to relax, and everything was well-maintained. The only downside is the location – it’s a bit hard to get to and quite far from any major attractions or amenities. Also, we could sometimes hear the neighbor’s dog, but it wasn’t a major issue. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, I’d definitely recommend this place!

What an amazing place! Stunning views from the terrace, great pool area, great outdoor barbecue area for cooking! Charas was so helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever we needed. Would recommend 100%

This was the perfect location to explore Glyfada, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and access to restaurants and shops etc. There was fab deli and bakery just round the corner to stock up on essentials and everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and we were lucky the neighbours next door were on holiday so it felt very private for us, otherwise if they were there I’m not sure it would have had the same vibe! The house is quirky and felt large enough to house 7 of us without being ontop of each other! Plenty of space, towels and kitchen bits! We really appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out and the owners were very helpful and very friendly to deal with so thank you very much!

Katerina was an amazing host! She is very proactive and quick to respond! She accommodated all of our requests very quickly. The house is very spacious and modern equipped with everything needed to have beautiful time there. We enjoyed the pool and the terraces despite the mosquitoes. Katerina provided mosquito repellents too!

Me and my friends were staying in Simeon's Villa Panorama and we had a very good time. The villa is beautiful and well maintained, and the view is amazing. Communication with Simeon was also flawless.

Tasos' house is super beautiful, exactly as pictured. It is located a short walk from the sea, and behind the house we arrive right away in the beautiful mountain of l 'Isle. We were lucky we even saw from the dolphin terrace in the bay in front! Tasos remained very responsive also during our stay, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a great stay here. When we were having trouble with stuff Julio was always there to help. The villa is huge with lots of space so you can always get some alone time if you want to. The pool is gigantic as well and the view is amazing. Words can't describe how great of a host Julio is! I will definitely recommend this villa to my friends and they will guaranteed have an amazing time here as well. Thank you again!
