Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Peraia

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

To start, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is as described in the listing and you are made to feel like it's a home from home. Mary, the host, is amazing. She is super helpful and provided us with a very easy check-in along with a mountain of information regarding the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, Mary was extremely understanding of the situation and was even helpful again throughout that process. I would highly recommend this apartment, thanks again to Mary for being a great host.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί! Πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι καθαρό και άνετο – νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Waren zum ersten, aber sicher nicht zum letzten, mal in Thessaloniki! Die Unterkunft konnte nicht besser, zentraler gelegen sein! Als Ausgangspunkt für Kultur echt super! Als Ausgangspunkt zum Essen und Trinken hervorragend! Zum Hafen (Ausgangspunkt Thessboat) nur 5 min zu Fuß! Eine, wie wir fanden, unschlagbare Wohnung! Great location and lovely area away from the city centre but the centre is easily accessible by bus 23 or taxi or a downhill walk. Suggest you use transport to go back to Maria's from the city. Wonderful views over the city to the Gulf. Maria was an outstanding host. How many hosts would take you to your hairdressers appointment?! Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment is well equipped, had everything we needed and was spacious. No noise from traffic or neighbours. Some lovely restaurants in easy walking distance. If I could give Maria 10 *, I would. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es war alles wirklich sehr sauber und die große Dachterrasse war auch sehr praktisch. In der Gegend findet man alles was man benötigt. Das Zentrum erreicht man gut, an der Promenade entlang, in etwas weniger als 1 Stunde zu Fuß. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Everything about this apartment was perfect, the easy check-in, the two minute walk to the sea, the location to all the shops, and the fast replies from the hosts. The balcony is amazing and much larger than the photos. The apartment is bright and cozy. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is the one!!!

The accommodation is positioned on a picturesque hill overlooking the city with sweeping views that inspire. Spacious lounge and balcony to spend quality time relaxing and reading. Bus no. 23 stops about 100m away from the location and takes you straight into the heart of the city in 20 min. In a busy city like Thessaloniki the location offers a quiet and serene setting. Not on a busy road, peaceful nights. The host Anestis and his sister made every effort to meet our requests and were warm and proactive. Approach with care with the car, there are narrow streets, but this applies in general to the city. Overall, a city break location that combines both city life and tranquility. Highly recommend 👍

Stan je ugodan za boravak, cist, sa svim potrebim uredjajima. Posebno bih istakla da su se u stanu nalazile kupke, samponi, hladna voda u frizideru, kafa i slicno. Pristupacnost i blizina svim atrakcijama. Posebna pohvala za Andreasa koji je pruzio sve potrebne informacije za sto ljepsi i ugodniji boravak. Preporuka!

The place was very clean and fresh and had all the necessities. Walkable distance from the center but also access to busses and subway. Perfect for a couple that wants to explore the city!
