Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Peraia

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

Our stay with Chrissy and Vasilis was absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us so warmly, and everything was exactly as we had imagined. A truly beautiful experience—we enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend these hosts!

It was a second staying at this place because we like it very much! Great and big apartment at the very perfect central district with many shops and restaurants and now may be about 50 meters near the Metro station! The Host is amazing, very friendly and responsive!

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der wunderschönen und sauberen Wohnung! Es war traumhaft 😍 Die Wohnung ist groß, modern, sauber und ruhig. Sie liegt genau gegenüber vom Meer und von der Terrasse hat man einen Mega Ausblick! Wir haben jede Woche neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen und die Gastgeberin war immer sofort da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder uns ausgesperrt haben. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern angereist und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen 🤗 Am Strand vor dem Haus gibt es genug Cafés, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber wenn man den Trubel mag fährt man 5 Minuten weiter und hat es da!

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

The place was great overall. Very nice garden with basketball and football facilities, hammocks, garden table and chairs. Very green and shady. It had big barbecue and all needed amenities. John was friendly and sent us local recommendations. The beach is circa 1km from the villa - its nice and long with sand and not many rocks in the water. It can get crowded because its near to Thessaloniki but you can still find some spot for your umbrella. We were 2 families with 4 kids and the room was plenty. I can definitely recommend the place. P.s. Take mosquito repelent.

Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was enchanting, setting the perfect tone for our New Year celebration. The space seamlessly combined spaciousness, beauty, and coziness. It has four generously-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches under the warm New Year weather. The living space, with the piano, the Christmas tree and the crackling fireplace added an extra layer of coziness, creating a truly warm and festive atmosphere. Our host Froso played a pivotal role, her kindness and availability adding a personal touch. Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture of wine and food, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Villa Bougainvillea is more than a place to stay; it's an oasis of comfort and connection. Whether a short getaway or a long family stay, it offers the ideal setting. Spotless clean and big house, perfectly located! We were able to go to both Thessaloniki center and the Halkidiki peninsula in just a short drive (20-30 mins). Also the Potamos beach is 12 min drive away, with several really good beach bars (we preferred BABA) and crystal clear water. House is big (3 levels) and fits easy 2 families, where one live downstairs and one upstairs. Kitchen and living room (open space) on entrance floor. Bathroom on each level which is perfect. ALL equipment needed, you won't miss anything. Nice neighborhood where area is safe and closed (approx 10 villas). Place for car right outside the house. Also no problem to park car(s) right outside the closed part. Several really good restaurants in village, and also in villages around. Try "Ta 3 adelfia" in Kato Scholari. In Néa Irakleia you find both good bougatsa and reaaally good grilled food at "Sto Parko". There is also a café in village just 5 min walk away with really good bougatsa, Crepes and more. Kleio is a perfect host, easy to communicate with and very friendly! Thank you Kleio for hosting us!

Спасибо за возможность остановится в красивом доме. Территория вокруг дома заслуживает отдельных 10 баллов! Мы смогли насладиться спелым инжиром и проводить время на воздухе с нашим псом. Оснащение апартаментов соответствует описанию.

Magnifique séjour en famille chez Spyros ! La villa est très belle avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Les salles de bain sont aussi très agréables et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont vastes et abrités. L'environnement est paisible. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont adoré profiter du grand jardin et de la chouette place de jeux. L'accès à la mer est direct sur une plage privée. Un paradis pour petits et grands ! Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre de petits chats adorables qui passent dans le jardin dont mes enfants ont adoré s'occuper et les nourrir. Merveilleux séjour dans un logement que je recommande assurément. Nous voulons déjà revenir !

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...
