Vacation rentals with beach access in Peraia

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night: I would have liked to spend more time in the apartment or on the balcony. The sea view was great. Everything was as described, cozy and we felt very welcome. The location was quiet and parking was easy. The communication with Patroklos was fantastic. We'd love to come back!

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

We just had a wonderful week at Maria's Studio 2 - apartement room number 102! We especially liked the shaded ground floor terrace where we could sit in privacy, and the great location which is super close to the beach promenade, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The kitchen equipment was basic, but very functional nevertheless. The aircondition worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is rather small and simple. Dimitris was very helpful and friendly, always reacted quickly to questions, and was happy to provide information about local transportation. When something broke in the bathroom, he just fixed it right on the next day!

We had a wonderful holiday at Catalina’s place. The weather was unpredictable and turned cold. The apartment was cozy so we did not mind staying in. There are plenty of restaurants along the road but not all are open as it is not yet summer season. The beach in front of the property had debris and trash but was being cleaned up on the day we left. Nevertheless, we managed to catch some peaceful time in the lounge chairs provided by the host. I imagine this beachfront would be marvelous during the high summer. The place is perfect!

Marija's apartment was a great find. It was exactly as described in the photos, clean, comfortable, beautiful and calm. It had everything that we needed. It is just one street far from the the beach which is amazing. Marija was a very welcoming and super responsive host. We will definitely return! :)

This apartment is super close to Thessaloniki and the airport which was why we choose it for our last day. Alexandros was really helpful with his instructions since Apple Maps decided to lead us to another address. Apartment was clean and has enough space for 2 people. The area is really peaceful and there are a lot of stores and places to visit when u drive into town. Recommended!!

fantastic host and the best balcony in Peraia

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Great location, very close to the beach and to the bus station. Has all you need close to the location such as stores coffee shop. The host was very represive and helpful. Recommend!

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Very pleasant and functional space. Just like in the pictures. All clean and tidy. Centrally located, a few meters from the beach and shops. Elena responds promptly with courtesy and professionalism. Very friendly and helpful made our vacation even more enjoyable. I'm sure we'll be back

It is a very nice apartment that is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are advantageous, although we fortunately had no direct sunlight during our stay, which is very advantageous in the hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. There is also air conditioning, of course. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

Great location! It is walking distance to the beach with many restaurants options near by. We enjoyed our stay.

George's apartment was exactly as described. The location directly on the beach is perfect, the view from the terrace fantastic. George was responsive at all times and responded promptly. The flexible check-in with the lockbox worked well, which was very important because we arrived in the middle of the night. Our two children had their own bedroom with a bunk bed. The dining table is installed in the kitchen and needs to be pulled out. It worked well. The decor may not be the newest one, but it's all in good shape. We can recommend the apartment and also George as a landlord to everyone. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful time:) Stella is a wonderful hostess and despite the late check-in, she waited for us and greeted us with refreshments:) the apartment was very clean, everything as described, the location was great and everything was close:) Thanks to Stella's help and a lot of tips, we could feel at home and have a nice time. She responded to our questions very quickly. I recommend this place to everyone with all my heart!
