Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Peradeniya

Camillus was the best host during our short tour in Sri Lanka. He was the owner of the apartment and always willing to go that extra mile to make our stay memorable- tips on to do things, flexible on check in and out times and any requests never too much for Camillus. The apartment located on a hill with steep incline - we love the walk to Kandy Lake and back as it provided us a great way to burn excess calories from our dining experiences 😊. Turk Turks and Pick Me come straight upto the apartment so if you don’t want the walk, you have an option. We will surely stay at this place again when we visit Sri Lanka and we highly recommend for travellers as Camillus offer 1, 2 or even 3 bed room apartments.

La casa es amplia, limpia y con una muy buena ubicación. La anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente para que nuestra estadía estuviera de maravilla. Regresaría sin dudarlo.

The villa is truly amazing! Newly renovated, beautiful inside and outside design, very clean - everything was just perfect! The outside spaces are green and quiet, nevertheless it’s just a 15 min walk into the city center and to Kandy lake. The manager, housekeepers and owners were always available for any request and super friendly and nice. Delicious breakfast is included and served on the villa terrace. It’s really the perfect place to stay with a group of family or friends and we can 100% recommend it!

The apartment is really beautyful, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Located in a very rural neighbourhood, yet really close to Kandy it's a good base for exploring the city. Drivers beware that you need strong nerves to get the car into the Garage on a very steep slope.

A beautiful place in the hills. You could walk into town down hill and take a Tuk Tuk back. Maya was very helpful with cost. The breakfasts were amazing and every morning was a different Sri Lankan delicacy. It was a joy meeting her family. I strongly recommend this place.

Very nice place not far from the main road. Appartment was clean, spacious with interesting details. Two rooms with huge beds, big living room with dining table and terrace. Our host was very responsive, waited for our arrival and even woke up very early morning to say goodbye. Outstanding thing i liked the most were ,,jungle sounds'' i enjoyed getting asleep with. I recommend!

It was a perfect long weekend for us, at Athula’s comfortable home. The location is 10/10, not even 100m to the main road yet the peace and tranquility of home is surreal. It is the ground floor house, and has all amenities including a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious and had cupboards and racks. No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans. We cooked simple meals but there are restaurants and markets within walking distance. We travelled by a car (small) and could park it inside the gate. The garden is gorgeous! Athula has green fingers! His wife is really hospitable, kind and helpful, she adds a beautiful touch to the place. Loved the home and the hosts. Definitely recommended.

Der Aufenthalt bei Achala war perfekt! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Der Ausblick ist sensationell! Das eigene Bad ist über einen Gang im Freien erreichbar und riesig. Es gibt eine offene Dusche, einen beleuchteten Spiegel etc. Das Klima ist perfekt und abends wird es angenehm kühl. Durch die großen Glasscheiben wir es morgens allerdings früh hell und sehr warm. Wir hatten keine Mosquitos! Achala und seine Familie sind super sympathische Hosts. Die Unterkunft war im Vergleich sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Kandy dauert es etwa 25 Minuten und es ist möglich mit Uber, Tuk Tuk oder Bussen zu fahren. In Kandy können wir das Banana Chill Cafe sehr empfehlen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt perfekt (vielleicht etwas zu kurz) und wir können das Air BnB absolut empfehlen.

The host were very warm and welcoming. Every room had the mentioned amenities. We checked-in pretty late, but the host had zero issues with this and didn't bat an eye! Staying here literally felt at home - warm hosts, zero disturbance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!

这是我整个斯里兰卡行程住的最有情调的房子了！到的时候刚好是落日时分，站在大露台上可以看到灿烂的夕阳太阳缓缓落下！晚上对面的山上灯火辉煌，我们在躺椅上抬头可见看到满天的星星，简直不要太美！房间超级大，无敌干净，当然还有更加热情加热心的房东，开车带我们去逛超市！我们还在超大厨房做了晚饭和早饭。推荐给所有小伙伴，这就是feel home. This is a highly recommended place to all the friends. You can see the sunset here，you can see the bright lights in the evening,you also can see the stars in the sky. The room is big and clean. The host is hospitable.This is a gorgeous place.

Felt right at home. Peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The place is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. Pro tip if you take the train go to Kandy and use Uber or Pickme to the location. The Peradeniya Station is closer but harder to hail a ride. I would definitely come back for a visit.

Stay here if you: 1. Want to stay with polite and helpful host 2. Want a well-equipped place to stay - large room, 2 beds and bathroom 3. Want a safe neighbourhood Mr. Dilan's place is nice and comfortable. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. It has a little unconventional layout - the entrance is through the kitchen and the large room and bathroom are on either sides. All equipment were functional and spaces were clean. The room is large and comfortable. The house is in a quiet residential area and surrounded by mango and avocado trees :) You also get a good view of the sunset from the balcony. There is a walkie-talkie available for you to interact with Mr. Dayan, the host's representative. He is very helpful, polite. He and Mr. Dilan helped us place a food delivery order - may look like a small gesture but a big help when your app doesn't work at night! Overall, we had a happy stay at this place.

Thank you Prasad for having us at your beautiful house. It was a pleasure working with Prasad. He was always responsive and was easy to communicate with. He made sure we felt at home and all our needs are met. The house is beautiful and spacious. The security was also very nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a safe and cozy place, this is it. I would recommend this house anytime. Thank you Prasad for everything.

We rented this place for 2 weeks and it was amazing. Hosts were really helpful and friendly. Place is very clean and all interior and furnitures were very comfortable. Situated in a very clam place perfect for long holiday with family

الشقة واسعة وتحتوي على مقومات الراحة فالغرف والصالتين واسعة وكذلك دورات المياة واسعة وأنيقة الإطلالة كانت أيضا رائعة الموقع بعيد بعض الشي عن الخدمات و تحتاج إلى مواصلات للوصول للخدمات ولكن كان التواصل سلسا مع القائم على الشقة وتم توفير سائق بمقابل مالي

We had two wonderful days in Kandy. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Rasika’s janitor, who picked us up and brought us to the apartment. He prepared a delicious breakfast for us and organized a wonderful tour around Kandy at a very fair price. The next day, he arranged a Tuk-Tuk driver for us at a very reasonable price, who took us to Sigiriya and Dambulla early in the morning. The apartment itself is beautifully located in the hills of Kandy and is easily and affordably accessible by Tuk-Tuk (300 LKR). The view is breathtaking. We were very happy, and I can only say that Rasika’s janitor did everything to make us feel comfortable and ensure that we were able to get around easily.

Der Aufenthalt bei Kanil war wirklich großartig! Er hat sich super gekümmert, uns vom Bus abgeholt und auch wieder an den Bahnhof am Abreisetah gefahren. Er hat uns Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Frühstück kann man spontan dazu buchen und war super lecker! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war auch wirklich toll 🙏🏻 danke Kanil, für alles!

Beautiful Views from the Balcony. Rooms were well maintained we arrived at midnight and still we had a very fast checkin highly recommended . Gregory Lake and post office near by

The flat in Nuwara Eliya was perfect for what we needed: two nights in a clean and spacious apartment. The flat has everything you need to make you feel like home: comfy beds, TV with access to smart tv, great kitchen, fridge, etc. It’s also very close to the Gregory lake and an amazing cafe that we went to for the 2 mornings we were there: Ayurveda Coffee Shop. Communication with Jeni was fine too, although we never met, the arrangements to check in/out were easy and clear.

The Grand Winterbury apartment was a great find for us to stay in Nuwera Eliya. Not far from the city centre yet private location. The apartment was well maintained with functioning kitchen with necessary equipment to make tea or coffee and to make a small meal.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, sie ist wunderschön und liegt am Fluss. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Außerdem ist sie sehr groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und sehr viele Utensilien für die Küche. Der Gastgeber und der Hausmeister sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer per Handy oder persönlich zu erreichen. Wir haben Tipps für eine Anreise mit dem Bus und weitere Aktivitäten erhalten. Fußläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt und Restaurant.
