Condo vacation rentals in Pêra

We stayed as a group for a special birthday, as we were arriving late we asked the host to purchase a bottle of wine and some snacks for arrival (there is a welcome basket there also) and Marnix was extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful, views of the ocean and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill. It is a little bit pricey but I felt it was really good value as split between the group it was more than affordable but you do get what you pay for. There is an indoor and outdoor pool (we only used this on the last day). The location is a short walk into the new town strip area and around 7euros into old town via a bolt, this was also for x-large bolt as we were a party of 6. I would definitely recommend, it a beautiful villa, in a gorgeous location. Thank you for all your help as you are a very responsive host and so helpful.

We spent three beautiful days in this spacious and well-stocked apartment, located in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery, a short distance from the San Raffaele beach. It is part of a residential complex, so you can also use the large and clean swimming pool. Convenient parking outside the house. Friendly and always available for any request. Highly recommended!

A very nice experience! The view from the living room, balcony and one bedroom directly to the sea. The location is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the apartment has the most important utensils. A little old-fashioned and some things could be replaced, a chair, for example, broke while one of us was sitting on it. It was nice to barbecue overlooking the sea, but a few barbecue utensils would have been nice. You have to look for parking spaces in the area, you can't park in front of the property. The place and surroundings were beautiful, especially if you take a boat trip to explore the caves. Conveniently, an office is right next to the property.

Located off Carvoeiro, Marcel's family farm is an amazing place, filled with peace and quite. The hosts were wonderful, the property was pristine with easy access to lots of beaches via car. It was a dream stay for us and it's one of the best properties we've every stayed in! Highly recommended and will definitely be back sometime in the future.

Great apartment just minutes from the beach with every amenity available for a family for a great holiday. Hosts do go the extra step with nice touches like a throw basket for cold nights on the couch! Recommend!

place is really nice, spacious, nice lot of provisions provided, lots of restaurants and of course right on the beach. fantastic tips about all things in the area provided. if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs but it's not too noisy considering you are right in the heart of a resort town (i slept well).

We had a great stay at Rita’s place. She is super responsive and thoughtful to ensure the experience was as smooth as possible. The flat is a great size for a couple or small family. The rooms have shutters which is great keeping out the Portuguese sun if you want to sleep in. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Plenty of storage for clothes, and the laundry machine is helpful if you choose to pack light. The beach is just a 3 minute drive away (we took a car instead of walking because the sun was quite strong and we have a young baby). The pool area is a five minute walk, next to a great restaurant. All in all, a great stay.. thank you Rita!

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Great apartment with absolutely beautiful views – 10/10. 😍It is small, but very conveniently furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is within walking distance to most things, so it is easy to get around

Natalia treated us exquisitely, even before our arrival, and we booked only 24 hours before. He responded quickly to any questions I had before completing the booking, and I really appreciated that. She made it easy for us at check-in time, and sent us instructions on how to check in, and yet we had to call her and she was very kind to us. We found the accommodation on our arrival equipped as we expected, clean and there in the living room you have a basket with a lot of recommendations for both gastronomy and experiences. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is spectacular. We've only been here for a weekend, but we're delighted. It'll be another of those accommodations that we'll save in case life allows us to return. I'm sure we'd stay here again. Thank you Natalia 😍

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The house had everything I needed …..even when I thought I wish there was a …..in the next cupboard there it was! The position is fabulous - near the spectacular castle and over looking the town and hills beyond. As it was a work trip I thoroughly enjoyed after a strenuous day gazing out of the window on the comfy sofa watching the storks, nesting nearby fly by. Restaurants, cafes and shops are no more than about 6 mins walk so super convenient. The room has blackout curtains so I also sleep like a log :) Would definitely recommend !

Marco's place was really great. 9/10 points - why: I thought, according to the photos, that it was the neighboring house with a pool. We were on the first floor and actually I prefer accommodation on the ground floor with my 5-year-old son, which was unfortunately not quite clear. Top was: not even 5 minutes' walk to the beach, great restaurants on the beach, expensive supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is super clean and the kitchen has everything you absolutely need for self-catering but also nothing more, no pasta strainer and no lemon squeezer, for example. Tableware also minimal in terms of the number of pieces (6 glasses). Marco and his mom are super nice and helpful at check-in, furthermore we did not need them, as it was not our first Portugal vacation. Great value for the money with a pool - you can't rule anything out. Portimão is a great location, 50 minutes by car from Faro Airport and 30 minutes from Lagos. Kind regards, Jessica & Family.

I can’t praise/recommend this property and Susana as our host enough, we were a group of 4 female friends travelling for a long weekend break away, from fantastic communication to flexible check in times, spotlessly clean apartment and complex, great accessories provided including pool towels and umbrella, everything is as described, the pictures do not do it justice, the apartment is much bigger than you expect with 2 balconies each side catching sunrise and sunset. We walked downhill to the marina and local supermarket/bar & restaurant and easily ordered Ubers back up to the complex, only costing a couple of Euros. An Uber into Old Town is just as easy to order costing approx 7€. The complex is very secure with gated/key access, it is quiet and respectful with a security guard walking round day and evening. We have had a fantastic trip and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Susana again, thank you so much.

We had a perfect stay at Geraldine’s place! The apartment is amazing with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The place was very clean and easy to access. There was more than enough parking available right next to the apartment. The pool area was extremely clean and quiet. All information for everything was provided. The Apartment was close to the supermarket and within walking distance to restaurant and the beach. Geraldine was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and I would absolutely recommend staying here, and hopefully we will be back ☺️

Alex was an absolutely incredible host. He was always quick to reply to requests, incredibly kind and always on hand to help where he could. The apartment was amazing as it had everything you could need, was beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the beach and old town. Despite the pool not being open due to repairs, Alex was quick to offer us an alternative solution for which we were incredibly grateful for. I would highly recommend staying at Alex’s listing.

It was an excellent vacation. The condominium is perfect for children, because in addition to the pool it has playgrounds and green spaces for children to play freely. The site is super calm and perfect to rest. It is close to the beach and Zoomarine. It has good restaurants around and the aldi that can be reached on foot. Edward & Edila are 5* people, very responsive and super accessible. The house is 5*, welcoming and well equipped for a family holiday 😀 We'll want to go back 🤞🏻

Location, location, location. Perfect for a couple with or without children. communication with Helena was easy and clear. Easy check in. I would 100% recommend this flat to other Airbnb guests

Overall this place was amazing, great location if your OK walking 10/15 minutes to Old town, equally close to the Marina and some amazing views. The apartment itself was all you need and more, very clean and easy to access, the pool and loungers were never too busy. We will definitely consider booking here again!

Joao, Elsa and Danny’s communication and commitment to hosting is impeccable. From days before arrival to being personally greeted on the street and taken to the airbnb. It makes the world of the difference especially when arriving late at night. The accommodation was perfect especially with a baby at 11 weeks old. The place was spotless, bed very comfortable and amenities beyond what is needed in an airbnb but helps you feel at home. We especially loved the balcony furniture and the awning again given us having a young child it allowed us to sit privately and enjoy the weather. Joao and Elsa were incredibly kind and helpful on more than enough occasions and one of which we kindly had a drink paid for at a bar and another a bottle of local rose left at the door (which went down a treat!). Both my partner and I will hopefully be back next year and you can be sure this will be the first place we come looking. Thank you very much Joao, Elsa and Danny for making a special trip!
