Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pêra

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

Excellent location.👌 Possibility to leave the car and do a lot on foot. The hike along the coast to reach the pretty little fishing village of Burgau is a beautiful reward ♥️ (Beach restaurant is the best). Breathtaking view of the sea and the pretty little town from the apartment with private access by elevator😁! The restaurants are very good too with plenty of choice!! On the other hand, the accommodation would be more than 5* if a refresh was done (jacuzzi at the end of its life, pergola in need of renovation as well as the blinds, etc.). Paulo is a fantastic host, our very first Air bnb ! We would definitely recommend as it was just the perfect holiday for us! Lots of walks and beaches are beautiful, all within a few minutes walk. A great small supermarket with Coffee bar again just a few minutes walk. Brilliant , loved it!

Vladimir is an excellent host. Perfect welcome, very human and a lot of kindness. The apartment is located in a quiet oasis in portimao. There is a swimming pool access. For children, it's great. The rooms are fine and the bedding was fine. It takes the car to visit the Algarve. Vladimir's recommendations for restaurants and activities were really appreciated.

The place was lovely - open and airy with beautiful views. The walk down to Carvoeiro was a little hairy since the road is very thin with odd steps to one side that are difficult to walk on. Most people from the area seemed to walk on the road. The Carvoeiro boardwalk is on the other side of the beach (walkable) and Seven Hanging Trails is easy to get to by car. The central location made exploring the Algarve easy.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. We would definitely stay again when in the beautiful Algarve! Thanks, Mia

We were positively surprised by the appartment. It looked even better than ok the photos. The view was spectacular and location is ideal. Communication was also really good and Maria sent us useful recommendations. Would definitely visit again!

Had a wonderful 5-day stay as a 30s friend group - the house is absolutely stunning, and felt like a real luxury. It's only about an hour's drive from Faro Airport, AC was great, kitchen really well stocked even for a bit group and the outdoor area / BBQ were ideal! It's in a peaceful neighbourhood (up a massive hill!) and far enough from the other houses to feel private. It was super easy to Uber into Lagos for only €5-7 euros each way - drivers weren't at all daunted by the location, and are fearless with the tiny old town streets in Lagos proper! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking to explore the Algarve :)

I cannot thank Carmen enough from booking to arriving! We were a group for a hen party and Carmen’s could not have helped more by sending us recommendations for restaurants and also booking taxis. The villa was great and really secure with plenty of room. The pool was great fun and there are plenty of extras that Carmen can sort! If you are looking this the place to book!! Don’t look anywhere else!! Thank you Carmen for everything and I know we will be back!

We had a very short stay at Lurie’s place. Very nice host and excellent apartment for a family of five. He was always available for our questions or informations to help our trip planning . Great place to stay !

Had a great 2 night stay at Isabel’s! Perfect location within walking distance of all restaurants in Old Town and within 5 minutes of the beach. Would recommend to any couples staying in Albufeira.

Everything was good. We were received at the house. Lurdes responded very quickly to inquiries. Beautiful little village from which you can get everywhere quite quickly. House was clean and there was everything you need. Thank you

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

We enjoyed to stay there... Nice flat, for longer holidays, like we had, perfect... Very quiet... nice región, so many different beaches... we loved that one which is just 7km from the house away (praia grande)... Everything was just as good as it could be...

We had an amazing stay here as an extended family of grandparents and our two children, 1 and 3. The villa was really spacious and the kitchen was big and really well equipped, making eating in the villa really easy. We really appreciated the pushchair, games and pool floats. We’d definitely recommend this villa!

Fantastic stay for the wedding festivities at the nearby Vila Alba Resort. Had everything we needed and more. Great space, details, and beautiful pool with peaceful surroundings. Host was great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet place to stay yet close enough to a great beach for walks , swims and bird watching . A good choice of places to eat within driving distance . We really enjoyed our week !

Very spacious apartment as well as clean. There were only 2 of us but it was nice having 2 bathrooms. king size bed was comfortable. Grocery store across the street and 5 min walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Terraquina is a beautiful house, perfectly equipped for all weathers and very homely. A great place from which to explore the Algarve with lots of beautiful beaches and fun days out all within 30mins drive.
