Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet.
