The entire feel of this building is retro but the appliances and furniture (and the elevator) are very modern and chic. I loved it and will want to stay here again next time I'm in town.

We have loved staying with Jackie and have stayed with her many times over the last 4 years. Our daughter is graduating this year but if we are ever spending time in the area we will definitely see if she has something available

We had two families and 3 babies under the age of 3! It was amazing to celebrate an early Christmas while visiting the reindeer farm and big enough for all of us to have our own space! The host was so nice and called ahead of time to talk about the place and all the details. I was so happy with this stay and this will be a place we stay at again when in the area!

Returned home for family funeral and was delighted to find an air bnb in Roanoke. Allowed me to “be home” during a difficult time rather than travel back and forth to another town. Mary Beth accommodated me for an earlier check-in so we could meet with the funeral director and set up for the visitation. She responded quickly to my questions and was always helpful. The Owl’s Nest is a delightful place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and cheerful atmosphere. Beautiful setup. And although we were there during a deep freeze outside, the character of the apartment, warmed our hearts. The sitting area was perfect for the quiet conversations and sharing we needed at that time. Although we stayed for a short time and didn’t use the kitchen (except the refrigerator) or the laundry facilities, if I returned for longer stays, I could see it being perfect.

A beautiful loft and very comfortable. Convenient to all downtown Peoria attractions.

Kati’s place was wonderful and just wanted we needed for our weekend in Peoria. We were in town for a wedding and her place had ample kitchen and living space to suit our needs. The set up was laid out perfectly for our group of 4 that was coming and going at different times. Having two entrances and bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment made for a quiet and peaceful stay. We were welcomed with baking from a nearby bakery which was a lovely touch. Kati’s place provided easy access for us to get in and out of the city and was near lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

Exactly as the listing shows, great views, beautiful decor. Hot tub was perfect and ready to use, simply open and enjoy. We will definitely be back if staying in Peoria.

Kristin’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home, and the location was central enough for an easy commute to popular destinations and restaurants. We are all sticklers for cleanliness, and the home was spotless. The décor gave it a charming, funky cottage feel, with plenty of shared space and private rooms on either side for when we wanted quiet time or needed to work. We also enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor patio—both such lovely spots for relaxing in the evening. We highly recommend Kristin's place for an affordable and comfortable stay in Peoria!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. There were tons of extra amenities ie: spices, kcups, hot chocolate, tea, shampoos and body washes, various cleaning supplies and dish soaps. Plenty of towels and TP. Wifi worked well. some yummy restaurants close. College next door so the kids enjoyed exploring and running around.

Jason was an Awesome host. very easy to get in touch with when I had questions. The property was beautiful. kids enjoyed watching all the barges, playing in the water, & playing ping pong. I enjoyed relaxing listening to the sounds of Nature & the very comfy beds. It was really a slice of Heaven!!!

Everything we had hoped for! This quaint home in the heart of the town was easy to find, instructions were clear on how to enter/exit, and it had all the amenities you could want from a full rental home. The basement with air hockey/foosball was a fun spot to hang out, and with the washer/dryer down there, it reduced the sound during use. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking pots/pans/utensils and the bathroom was in good shape (no fan to get rid of moisture but that's common with older homes). The beds were comfortable and there was room to move around in each bedroom. It was just two of us, but for a family of up to 6 this place would be great! The only annoyance was the loud creaking floors, but that's another thing you get from these older homes. There's a chance we may visit Morton again in the future, and we will likely be back to stay here.
