We had a wonderful stay in Falmouth! Emily was super responsive and really helpful for our groups needs (we had to change dates a few times and Emily was very accommodating). The house is much more spacious than we realised when booking which was a wonderful surprise. The views are amazing and the street was very quiet. Even on a very busy bank holiday weekend. Everything was there that we needed and the three toilets were very helpful for our group (two couples traveling). Will definitely recommend and stay again :) thank you for your great hospitality!

This is a small but beautifully-decorated house. The star attraction is the sea view through the lovely big living room window. Watching the waves is mesmerising in good weather and bad. The owners have equipped the place with high-quality items, and nothing is lacking. There are some great places to eat and drink in Porthleven, and we love walking the length of the beach at low tide. We would definitely stay here again.

Adrian gave very informative directions and check in instructions. The apartment was so very well situated for the town centre, few mins walk. The views from the sitting/dining room were absolutely stunning over the harbour. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The private terrace in the summer with table and chairs would be ideal to sit out, we went in April so just not warm enough. Only downside were the neighbours upstairs waking us up at 6am every morning by moving about. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would love to come back, thanks Adrian

North Quay was an absolutely stunning town house with spectacular views of the estuary and evening sunsets. The home was immaculate and had quality fixtures and fitting. Close to the town, shops and even closer to the beach and beach cafe, we had the best time here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we will be going again soon.

We had the most amazing week in St Ives staying in this beautiful homely house. The view from the kitchen diner is absolutely stunning. The house is on a fairly busy road but the buses and traffic were not an issue - it was so easy to either get a bus, train or walk everywhere from the house. The 2 car parking spaces were brilliant (if a bit tight for a larger car) but we found we really didn’t need or want to use the cars. The location is fabulous for access to the town and beaches. The house is brilliantly stocked with everything you might want in a kitchen and was immaculately clean. Lovely towels and bedding with comfy beds. Amazing extras were really appreciated like the welcome food basket and spades/windbreaks in the garage. We also loved the hot tub. Can’t fault the house at all, we loved it!

With a stunning location and lots of beautiful places to explore close by it was perfect for us. The village was a lovely walk and had everything we needed. The cafe next door, run by Joanna and her team had the most incredible afternoon cream teas. Breakfast food was also good. We also ate at The Old Inn a beautiful pub in the village, again amazing food and excellent service. We even had a locally cooked Curry take away from the village. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Well What can I say that hasn’t been said in previous reviews, from the moment we arrived and was met by Rebecca who was absolutely lovely and showed us around her stunning property, it was purely magical the views are to die for and the accommodation itself was pure luxury, the welcome basket was such a treat and was definitely well received . Rebecca went the extra mile to celebrate our 30th anniversary . We made use of the family kyacks which was great fun and then just soaked up the views , we were so sad to leave if we could of stayed a few more nights we would have and will be definitely back now that we have found a new haven not too far from home.

Catherine’s Marina apartment was the perfect spot whilst staying in Falmouth. It’s located in an exclusive gated marina development, with parking right outside. It’s very easy to cut through to the main high street, packed full of restaurants and interesting shops. Handily a Tesco is 5 minutes walk. The places felt spacious , modern , with a beautifully finished, recently updated main bathroom and a very nice modern kitchen too. If you’re a cook, the kitchen is very well equipped. A very responsive, friendly host . I’ve booked for a return visit already.

An incredible home in a stunning location. The property had everything we needed and more. The view each morning is something I am going to miss. The house was fantastic lovely and clean and as described. Visited the local pub the famous Barrels, beer was great and staff were friendly f , opposite is a pizza restaurant which was absolutely outstanding pizza perfection. Used the local indan for a take away which was also lovely. Also used the seven stars for dinner which was ok. Easy drive into Falmouth a few minutes away. Pendennis point has fabulous veiws out to sea and across the estuary.

Lovely place to stay in St.Ives, it was a perfect size for the two of us. Lovely views of the harbour and the outside seating area. It was around a 10 min walk to the centre and beaches, a bit if a climb back up but it was worth it for the parking space right outside the property. We would definitely stay again.
