One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - kitchen with stove, fridge, sink - coffee machine (pads) - cookwear, dishes - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment in the 2nd St. of the old paper mill from 1539 offers cosiness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but it can accommodate two more people well.
