nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! La maison était propre, bien aménagé et surtout très fraîche, ce qui a été particulièrement appréciable pendant les journées chaudes. Christophe, le propriétaire, a été extrêmement réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Une communication fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cette location et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

We had a great stay in this very nice house, located in the middle of nature—very calm and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a concierge system from the owner (they also manage other houses in the area). The house is big and comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The decoration is like a small museum, full of beautiful objects from local shops and galleries, mixed with modern comfort. Beds are large and very comfortable. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, and even bathrobes. The amenities are excellent: hot tub with jets, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool, and gas barbecue. The owners answered very quickly when we had questions.

We had a pleasant stay at the Villa XIV. It was quiet and had a view of the forest. From booking the villa to receiving us and then to checking out, Jeanne and Virginie had been giving us clear instructions and messages. We were never left wondering what to do. Jeanne, whom we met, is a warm person. She is helpful and quick to respond to our messages. Thank you, Jeanne!

My husband and I stayed at La Petite Maison for a month and enjoyed living there very much. It’s well located, an easy walk to the Carmes market, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very quiet and peaceful, on a pedestrian alley with no traffic noise. The house was comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size, with the master bedroom being spacious. The living room/dining room was plenty big for the two of us, but might feel a little small for larger groups. The kitchen was well-stocked. It’s convenient to have 2 washer/dryer units, as well as an iron and ironing board. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Check-in was simple with the key in the lockbox, and any small issues were handled by the responsive host. Note for Americans: even though the English version of the listing states there are 2 bathrooms, the translation is misleading. In France, “salle de bain” means a sink/shower combination, not what Americans consider a bathroom w/toilet.

Comfortable and interesting spot in a unique town! Berengere was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a night in Cordes-sur-Ciel.

Logement très sympa qui respectait nos attentes de tranquillité. Les champs alentour ont fait le bonheur de notre chien ! Phil a été très réactif et nous a proposé des activités. C'est vrai que nous eut un peu froid, heureusement qu'il avait des chauffages électrique.

Een prima vakantiehuis in een rustige maar zeer pittoreske omgeving. In het huis is alles in orde, mooi terras met bbq (kregen spullen voor de bbq van Pierre, dank), een prachtig zwembad. In één woord GEWELDIG!! Een auto is nodig aangezien het huis afgelegen ligt maar wel in een prachtige omgeving!! 7 km verderop is het prima boodschappen doen in Rabastens waar op zaterdag een heerlijke markt is, echt zo'n Franse markt!! In de omgeving zijn heerlijke dorpjes waar mooi dingen te zien zijn. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en hadden ook heerlijk weer!!

Perfection doesn’t come easy, and I rarely overpraise — but I can say with absolute delight that this place exceeded every expectation... We were a group of 17 celebrating my 50th birthday, with 8 children aged 9–13 and 9 adults. The house accommodated us all with ease and comfort...The Room layout is a bit funny in places but worked fine for us.. We barely left the house, apart from the occasional shopping trip or vineyard visit. We cooked large meals daily using both the indoor and outdoor kitchens, both brilliantly equipped and practical. There were endless seating areas to gather, relax, eat, drink, and laugh while soaking in the stunning views and sunsets ... Highlights, Impressive facilities, ice machine and bar, heated saltwater pool, countless games for the kids (and adults!), tennis tournaments, hide-and-seek, ice baths beside the Jacuzzi, and evenings around the firepit toasting marshmallows 🔥 like luxury camping, with the soundtrack of nature all around. #whatatreat

We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

L’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer, l’ambiance particulière qui y règne est parfait pour déconnecter. Tout y est fait pour se sentir bien, un calme absolu, une belle piscine, pas de vis à vis et plusieurs espaces extérieurs pour se détendre.

Il est rare de découvrir, à notre époque, un lieu de villégiature qui combine avec tant d’élégance la sérénité de la campagne, la chaleur de l’accueil humain et la proximité d’une grande ville comme Toulouse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l’accueil véritablement chaleureux et attentionné des hôtes. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance ont grandement contribué à faire de notre séjour une parenthèse enchantée. Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique. La propriété, située en pleine campagne, bénéficie d’un environnement, d’une quiétude absolue, propice à la détente et à la reconnexion avec la nature. L’un des grands plaisirs de ce séjour fut sans aucun doute le petit déjeuner, qui mérite à lui seul une mention d’excellence. Chaque matin, le pain maison, préparé avec soin et passion, était un enchantement pour les papilles. La présence des deux chiens apporte une touche de vie et de chaleur supplémentaire. Cette adresse est une véritable pépite.

Habitation avec beaucoup de caractère, très bien équipée et très beau potentiel parfaitement exploité. Laurence et Jean-Michel sont très accueillants, prévenants et disponibles. Jean-Michel amateur passionné de boulangerie, nous a concocté des viennoiseries et du pain excellents pour notre petit déjeuner. (Commande sur demande). Lieu idéal pour passer un très bon moment de détente. Beaucoup de villages pittoresques à visiter aux alentours. Merci à eux, et au plaisir d'y retourner.

We have just returned from a great 5 night break at Patrice's place (Magnolia de Bonheur). The location is really very Impressive indeed. The view from the pool deck is superb. The Gîte was exactly as described and very comfortable. The general property is very rustic and peaceful - totally relaxing and calm. Patrice is a very kind and considerate host and was always responsive and helpful when we had a couple of queries. Les Hauts de Jeanvert is definitely to be recommended. El alojamiento es fantástico, muy cómodo y mejor de lo cómo se ve en las fotografías. La casa está rodeada de jardín en una zona muy tranquila, lo que ha sido perfecto para nuestros perritos que lo han disfrutado a tope corriendo e inspeccionando el jardín. La casa es amplia y luminosa, con un gran sofá y una cocina maravillosa con mucha zona de almacenaje y para trabajar. Lo recomiendo al 100% y si vuelvo por la zona sin duda repetiría.

Très chouette séjour chez Robin, en mode retraite. L'espace est bien aménagé, très confortable, chaud et propre, avec une vue sur la vallée superbe au printemps malgré la pluie. Il est possible de cuisiner à l'aise et si vous tombez un bon jour de semaine, du bon pain frais à disponibilité! Les lieux au alentour sont très beaux pour ceux qui veulent explorer. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis dans la villa de Claude. Les activités autour de Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val ne manquent pas (randonnées, via ferrata, vélo…). Notre hôte a été très flexible pour notre arrivée et notre départ, encore merci à lui.

We had a great time at Charlotte & Laurent’s place. Their kindness and proactively helpful attitude, combined with the forest environment, created a very pleasant feeling across the stay. As part of a former farm, the property is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated in a nice way, with a lot of thought given to making you feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean, well equipped, including a nice terrasse and a functioning wood stove in the living room. The hosts also raise goats, our kids could feed them and we could attend the milking session. The property is located in a beautiful countryside, and a good base for visiting the Sidobre area with all its picturesque rocks. Highly recommended.

Tout à fait conforme à la description, il faut simplement avoir de bonnes jambes car cordes sur ciel est un très beau village perché. Et que des fois on peut être garés un petit peu loin, l’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et en très bon état, capsule de café et petits croquants très agréable à l’arrivée.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in dit heerlijke huis. Het was onze eerste kennismaking met de Aveyron; wat een mooie streek. Er is onzettend veel te zien en te doen, we komen zeker terug.

Nous sommes venus en famille trois jours et nous avons eu l’impression d’avoir passé des vacances d’une semaine tellement le cadre est paisible et magnifique !! Je recommande vivement ! J’enregistre même l’adresse car nous sommes sûre de revenir La maison était très propre, et les renseignements ainsi que l’accueil au top ! La piscine est incroyable avec la vue sur le château et sur les champs et Pyrénées 😊
