We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

We had a great time in Pippo’s Little Ressort! Both apartments are furnished with love, very lovely and special. The property is very well-groomed and also constructed with love and passion. Alessandro is a super host, very likeable, responsive and assistant. He gave us some of his own grown cucumbers and zucchinis – we have never eaten more delicious cucumbers and zucchinis before! We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Suitable for those wanting a peaceful getaway in Tuscany which is close to Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentina. Great views over the valley to enjoy with public transport [ trains and buses] not far away to take you further afield. You do your own transport to get there as up a hill, which whilst walkable, but not with luggage. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, good internet and a Smart TV ensure you don't miss your home comforts. But oh so peaceful!

A beautiful and well-kept stay in every detail, both from an aesthetic point of view and cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and instruments of excellent quality. The location expresses great potential, unfortunately we stayed during the rainy days but the comfort of the property compensated widely without ruining our short vacation. Michele was present and receptive, a great host. I recommend everyone to stay with him.
