This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

Excellent home. It’s a very private location at the end of a quiet 4 home street. Won’t see or hear the neighbors at all. Easy drive to Ithaca, great hiking, local farms, and Watkins Glen. The pool is great, secluded and in all afternoon sun. Great for relaxing. Fire pit has all you need - dry firewood, Fire starters, s’mores kit, and sticks. Corn hole too. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well designed. If you are taller than 6’5, the master bathroom ceiling might be slightly low for you but the bathroom in the main level would be fine. Definitely recommend this gem

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

A perfect little place in Penn Yan within walking distance of Main St. The house was fully stocked and incredibly clean, and the big bed was so comfortable. The host was very responsive when contacted. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. The location is close to nearby attractions like watkins glen. The kitchen has a very good view of the Keuka lake. We loved sipping Nespresso in the morning with the lake view.

Teresa was very attentive when I contacted her for a couple of items. She has taken a unique place and made it into a comfortable place for a home base while exploring the area. It is so convenient being within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Keuka outlet trail which we utilized for Dog walking.

Brennan was a super responsive and communicative host leading up to and during our trip. The AirBnB is exactly as pictured and comfortably fit our group of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed all the care she put into making this place feel like home. Additionally, Penn Yan is a wonderful town to stay in when wine tasting in the fingerlakes. It is pretty much half way point between Keuka and Seneca so we were able to get everywhere we needed in a short time. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend that you do on your upcoming trip! :)

Lovely weekend getaway. Cozy stay inside and outside. Visited our favorite wineries. Nice quiet walks. Rained a lot but that didn’t matter with wood burning stove inside. His house offers everything to able to just bring yourself, clothes and food.

The stay started with walking into an amazing open living room with large windows that looks out into the water. The feel, the space, and the view is even better than what the pictures try to capture. We had dinner right in town and it was just over 5 minutes away. The kiddos really enjoyed the paddle boards and littke kayaks, we went everyday, sometimes twice. Beautiful place, great getaway. Grateful for this stay, and would come back again!

This was our second time staying at the red poppy. We hope to go again in a year or two. Home is beautiful and the area is amazing!

Do not hesitate to book this little piece of heaven! We stayed a full week and I didn’t want to leave. The deck and pier provide gorgeous views right on the lake. We spent many, many hours outside enjoying the beauty and peacefulness. Tips: As described, be sure to bring in plenty of drinking water. We drank lots of coffee in the mornings, just sitting on that gorgeous deck. If the stairs make you nervous, try the futon. It was quite comfortable, especially turned 90 degrees. Try to use the back door sparingly (unless you have to lock up). Lots of mosquitoes back there! We mostly used the door that faces the lake. We were relieved to find sunblock and bug spray there. We had forgotten those. You’ll definitely need them. Check out The Windmill (15 min) shops. Also highly recommend Hermann J Wiemer winery just 5 min up the road. Great tasting experience. Make a reservation first on their website.

As a group of 8 women, we stayed here and had a lovely time. We each had enough room to be together and to have alone time. Only two needed to share a bed. Michele was super responsive when we needed to adjust our dates. Parking out back was complicated but with the addition of some signs and/or photos that should resolve itself for future guests. It is an old house and is in the process of being updated. A great value for the space. So clean and well stocked. The French House is beautiful and the location is very walkable. A wonderful property and host!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Perfect location - just a short drive to Geneva, Watkins Glen, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls. Lots of breweries and wineries and great restaurants! The cottage was well furnished and spacious. Large refrigerator and brand new stove. We loved the bed! I am a soft bed fan and most places have hard mattresses. Our grand daughter loved the kayak. We enjoyed cooking dinners on the gas grill and relaxing by the fire after dark. There was almost no other neighbors there for our stay so it was quiet and peaceful most of the time. We DID hear the Naval Research station down the road early in the morning but that didn’t last long. Very nice dock. I enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee. Bathroom/shower is tiny and a bit cramped but I understand you have to deal with the architecture of what you have All in all we loved it would stay here again!

The space was amazing, and made us feel right at home. The furniture and the bed were very comfortable, and the view from the balcony is great! We would certainly stay again when we're in the area.

A perfect spacious spotless house in a beautiful surrounding. The host Bradley was very responsive from the start and was able to help us with a few changes to our schedule. Our family of 4 loved staying here and will again soon. We didn’t want to leave ! It was a perfect get away to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of its surroundings. The outside deck has an eagles eye view of the lake and can also enjoy beautiful sunsets. This place is just like the photos posted and it is that clean! I would highly recommend this place and would 100% find a reason to come back again!

Jeanine 's place was perfect for a girls trip! Four of us had a blast. We took in a total of 9 wineries during the week. loved coming back to the place. Room to relax and unwind. Towels and sheets were so soft.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Deck and outdoor space was great as well
