Comfortable layout made of a single large room with a kitchen part, a living room part, a bedroom part with a 140 bed. Also on the low ceiling mezzanine is a 140 extra bed, a single mattress on the floor, access to the miller's ladder, for children and teenagers over 5 years old. Small water room toilet, shower. Proximity to the port of the beaches and the city center.
