Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs

Comfortable, bright and central

The apartment is in a high-end building, on a quiet stretch of Avenida Gorlero. The building is located in the narrowest part of the peninsula, a few meters from Playa de los Ingleses (beach) on one side and the port on the other. The interior is very bright, overlooking the port and Gorriti Island. It includes its own parking space in the building's guarded garage. Due to its location and amenities, it is the ideal apartment at any time of the year.
