House vacation rentals in Penha de Franc

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

A Serene Village Escape I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and it was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Goa's party scene. The village vibe was authentic and cozy, transporting me back to simpler times. The morning was idyllic, and the soft, comfortable sheets were a highlight - I haven't slept so peacefully in a long time! Highlight: The bathtub was a time travel! If you're looking for a tranquil escape, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Alex's plce was a beautiful home located in the pristine divar island. It was nice and peaceful with a lot of birds to watch every morning from the balcony. The location also was easily accessible to the local town square or essentials. There were a couple of good restaurants nearby serving good local cuisine. Alex and his family were warm and hospitable and went out of their way to mKe us comfortable. Will definitely love to come back here.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The location was another plus—nestled in a peaceful part of Anjuna, yet just a short drive away from the beach. We booked this lovely little villa for a night. Jolene’s place is quaint, beautifully designed and very welcoming. It is tucked away in a quiet corner under a gorgeous banyan tree. Her caretaker Shiva was very helpful. The villa is quite centrally located. It was extremely easy to zomato/swiggy to the location. We would definitely love to come visit again. Had a really great time at this villa--bilkul mast tha! The place was super clean and well maintained, and the new interiors looked very stylish and modern. Location was perfect—just a short drive to all the North Goa hotspots like restaurants, beaches, and clubs, plus Panji casinos were also not far. The outdoor area was really nice for relaxing, and the private dip pool was awesome for chilling; the gym overlooking the pool was cool. Food/grocery delivery was easy, so we never had to worry about meals. The villa is in a high-end community, felt very safe and peaceful. Host was friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very comfortable and fun stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Goa with friends or family.

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

It was a very nice place as described in the listing. The apartment is very clean and tidy and exactly as described. There is a care taker named prahlad who is very helpful and a kind person, his service was exceptional and considers guests and their convenience very well. He also cleaned the room really well. Overall all of us had a homely feel and never felt as if we are staying at some hotel or anything. Only minimum needed communication was done by the hosts so that it never interrupted our trip or enjoyment. It was a great stay and will surely recommend it to others ❤️😍.
